Beach Resorts in Oranjestad

"We stayed one night in two rooms before moving to our rental house for a week. We all agreed we would come back and really enjoyed our time here. It’s not close to much and the area looks a little rough but we had no concerns outside or inside the property. Rental car is a must if you are staying here long term. It was exceptionally clean, comfy beds and pillows! The kitchenettes/apt size fridge was awesome to have. Bathroom was small but clean and functional. Not an issue for us at all. Pool was great and the landscaping in the pool area was so pretty. Staff wasn’t super friendly but wasn’t rude, just quiet if anything. We had a great stay! "

"Hotel is about a 15min ride taking the shuttle. Beds are extremely comfortable, had the best night sleep. Staff is very accommodating and they're prepared at the front desk to exchange big bills to ones for tipping. Great stay and 💯% recommend this resort"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Wonders. The grounds and garden area are so peaceful and relaxing. We had breakfast there every morning and it was great. They have chairs, towels, beach bags and snorkeling gear available to borrow. They also had aloe and sunscreen that you could help yourself to and there are snacks/drinks available for purchase. The two cats that live on grounds were a great addition. There were a few little bodegas within a five minute walk and downtown Oranjestad, with many shops and restaurants, was an easy 20 minute walk. Wonders also provides a free shuttle to Eagle or Palm beach daily around 10am. Overall we had a great stay and recommend Wonders for those looking for calm, tranquility and convenience. "

"I was plesantly surprised the place doesn't look like much from the outside. But when you get inside to the pool area and the way everything is set up, it is tranquil. I'm beautiful if you're looking for a lot of action. This is not the place for you, but if you're looking for a beautiful, clean tranquil place with nice service. And good people, this is the place bed's are amazingly comfortable slept like a baby. Some of the room's are small. I had a womb with a king-sized bed. Which was spacious everything was great"
