You cannot beat this place for the price! The room and common areas were super clean. You are a block away from the light rail with all the shops and less than a mile from the harbor and Renaissance mall. There is a nice balcony with several patio chairs to relax on. I will definitely do a couple of nights here next time I’m on the island.

Is very well located. It is ok for a short stay. The room needs a new rug or at least a good shampoo. The terrace upstairs was pretty nice and you can seat down and have coffee non stop. The morning staff is nice and knowledgeable, try to get any questions answered in the morning.

False advertisement. The rooms are tiny but thats ok for one person. The view is of a divested downtown. Graffiti. If you like that, then great. If you're looking for a more scenic view right out of your window, this aint it. The staff are really nice. Ask for the second floor which is a better stay overall.Also the windows are very tiny.

Rooms were small and hangers are too high to reach and use. Hot water for shower was turned off and had to use a chair to turn it on. Mattress was firm and we booked a king but got a double bed. Pillows were like rocks. Not in the nicer part of town. Close to trolley start which is a perk. Staff was helpful and polite. Recently renovated. Our daughter got a much larger and better room for the same price She had few of the problems we had.
