"Ok but out dated"

"This hotel really needs to be updated. It is very old. Wow it is trying to compete and charging up-to-date pricing. The pool was nice, but in every other aspect of the hotel, it is very antiquated. The breakfast staff was very rude as people were coming in to eat breakfast and they were continually taking things out. The breakfast also should be beyond 930 you do not have to check out until 11. The desk receptionist was very nice. Anita Wood."

"The room we initially checked into had a broke door that could be opened by simply pushing the door. But Sky , the woman working the front desk immediately switched our rooms and all was fine! Great customer service by the way!"

"Quick stay but enjoyed the rockers out front for a quiet morning sunrise sit. Friendly staff to connect before we came, setting us up well as we came in late. Room is very spacious and clean."

"The pros - the room was spacious and clean; there was a large refridgerator, a microwave and a mini stove; the parking area was well lit; and the bed was comfortable. The morning clerk was friendly and professional on day two. The cons - The evening clerk was incredibly rude. I even asked him why he was speaking so rudely to me. He raised his voice because I asked him why he wanted $10 in cash. He kept repeating the single word "deposit"; however, I paid in advance. If it were for incidentals, there was no sign stating so, and it wasn't on their website. The room only had two very small pillows on each queen sized bed, there was only 2 sets of towels but I booked the room for 3. There wasn't shampoo, conditioner, or a hair dryer. Thankfully, there was a Walmart across the street. When I checked out the rude man was working again - he didn't speak when I entered the lobby, I offered him my room card, he didn't speak at all. He didn't thank me for staying there or wish me a nice day. These a the very basic expectations of customer service. I will not stay at this property in the future."
