"We enjoyed our stay here. Although some of the rooms are getting rather dated property is still a good value for when you look at the amenities that come with the price of the room. The breakfast here is amazing, and they have a very nice pool area. We were given an extended checkout time when we requested as we had a UTV experience in the morning I knew we would return full of dust. As they had open rooms that night. They did allow us to extend our checkout time until one P.M."

"Hello, I would like to request compensation regarding my recent stay. The property listing on Expedia was misleading and did not clearly disclose that there would be no kitchen, limited living space, and no private bathroom for almost $198 per night. Additionally, the room conditions were unacceptable. The room was dusty and dirty, there were spider webs throughout the space, and the trash bin was already full upon arrival. We requested a room change, but the second room had the same cleanliness issues. We traveled from another state expecting a comfortable stay, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. I have photos documenting the condition of the property and would appreciate a partial refund, compensation, or travel credit for this experience."

"Having lunch or dinner at the restaurant on property is an absolute must!! Kings Landing is by far one of the best restaurants in Zion. The quality, the care and the execution is elite! Our overall experience at this hotel was 10 out of 10 . However, if you want to stay within walking distance to the park, then this may not be the ideal location. If you have a car or decide to take the bus into the park, then it’s not a big deal. If you care about being able to leave your hotel and having walking distance access to many shops then again this is not ideal. Specially, if you travel with someone who is older or unable to walk. If you’re OK walking a little extra than this hotel is lovely. Rooms are super clean, staff is helpful, pool is lovely. Either way, if you decide to stay at another location, you still must come and dine at their restaurant. You simply can’t leave Zion without having this spectacular culinary experience."

"Stayed here for 7 days and it was fantastic. Everyone was super nice and the entire stay could not have been any better. Walkable to shopping and food and the room was very comfortable. Lots of outdoor seating which we took advantage of and lots of seating in lobby area as well. The views were spectacular. Would definitely stay here again."
