Riverview Inn & Suites, an Ascend Collection Hotel
2/10 Terrible
"Our sink pipes leaked water all over, there was poop flung on the bathroom walls, the doors/walls were dirty, the carpet was buckled, the TV input didn’t work. I was so overly disgusted with this hotel. "
"The screen mirroring does not work when trying to connect to the tv through your phone. There was a ton of dust on the air vents that was probably missed during cleaning but everything else was clean and organized! Everything was very spacious and staff were really friendly and welcoming!"
"Staff was friendly and nice. Restaurant on roof top was phenomenal the staff were exceptional.
Room was clean and the staff took care of any needs I had. Breakfast was nice, everything was cooked well and speedy. The bar was good, complimentary drinks were good but wish there were more options but that’s a personal preference.

"I needed an overnight stay on a trip from Georgia to Minnesota. This place seemed quaint, and it is. The grounds are very nice and well kept. There is a cute gift shop and a restaurant on site. The room however...was pretty archaic. Rustic and cabin like, but if you are looking for hot water, a place to plug in a device, forget it. I had to plug the coffee pot in on the floor to use it. No outlets located conveniently. The worst of it was when we pulled the trundle bed out and found a chewed up frito bag and mouse droppings. The bathtub had bar soap from a prior resident. There was a tip envelope for the maid service. Audacious! We slept on our own blanket to keep from getting dirty. Not recommended until they do some reno and cleaning. "
