"The location is very good. Many shops nearby, public parking space, the Ören beach was awesome and free. There was a tiny kitchen with kettle and a large place to eat outside with their provided table and chairs (That is a good plus). The place was free of mosquitos and they had mosquito nets. We stayed in 3 bedroom place, note that the beds are good if you are two people, but the 3rd bed in one of the rooms was a sofa bed -that can be opened- was not prepared before our arrival. "To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room! The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work. Was quite noisy as well. The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it! The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance. To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it."

"We extremely enjoyed the property but more so the people who run the place. They made us feel truly at home, and we will definitely go there again next year. Look no further for the highest level of hospitality and excellent service. The location is wonderful, the water is pristine. We were looking for a boutique hotel right on the water, and yet close to an urban center. This place is on the water and just 5 minutes from Cunda center, a lovely small town to visit. Plenty of activities to do, museum to visit nearby. We highly recommend Cundavilla. "
