There was a tiny kitchen with kettle and a large place to eat outside with their provided table and chairs (That is a good plus). The place was free of mosquitos and they had mosquito nets. "The young host and hostess are friendly and welcoming. It's a beautiful place with great view from the top floor. Surrounded by nature and lots of olive trees. A little difficult to navigate through the narrow stone paved paths and a short stretch of unpaved path to get there so best to reach there before dark. Would love to stay there again."

"A lovely boutique hotel in Cunda within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, market. Parking across the street. Delicious Turkish breakfast with generous serves. Staff were friendly and courteous. The standard room was a little small but comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t speak Turkish to thank them for our short but enjoyable stay. Cunda is quiet and relaxing away from the busy-ness of Ayvalik and a short distance further if thinking about a stopover. Make sure you go to Tas Kahve for Turkish coffee or gelato and watch the coffee beans being ground by a handsome Turkish man lifting a 33 kg weight!"
