"In the beginning there was a miscommunication about a 2nd charge on my card. I went to communicate with front desk man and he got defensive and threatened to call cops, I walked away as I didn't want too lose all the money I just spent on the room for 2 days. Around 4ish Gloria the manager called my phone and asked that I stop by and talk with her she explained that if I have any additions added like my roll away bed it would charge everyday but refund once it relized it already charged my bank. The rooms were clean could have a little maintenance in gluing window seal down and fixing the part where you open windows as lower half was broken. Breakfast was basic waffles, cereal, toast and juice. The pool was fun very foggy with probably chlorine and the hot tub visionally needed some cosmetics maintenance not very welcoming but doable. I'll give 3 outta 5 as I don't appreciate being threatened with the cops being called when I had visible proof on my phone of the two transactions. I believe the male employee just wasn't properly trained on why I was charged twice."
