"Natascha and Erik are excellent host. Very friendly, accomodating and attentive. They communicated with us promptly and made sure that we had everything we needed. f we are ever in the area, we would love to stay at Lujos again."

Nice hotel but restaurant staff needs improvement.
"The room was nice. The morning service in the Restaurant/Bar was very disappointing as the staff was rude when I mentioned there was a missing order of coffee or when I asked for the check. "Todo bien en general pero desgraciadamente esta situado a pie de una carretera bastante transitada por vehículos y camiones por lo que, a pesar de ser muy tranquilo, el exterior es bastante ruidoso. Los apartamentos están perfectamente aislados acústicamente y son silenciosos en su interior."
