"Este lugar es increíblemente hermoso… a nivel de estructura, tiene un estilo mediterráneo colonial en muy buen mantenimiento. Tiene un diseño de paisajismo increíble. Flores, árboles frutales (mangos), aves preciosas, una serenata constante de hermosos insectos que solo inspiran tranquilidad y conexión. El agua en las habitaciones es refrescante y con excelente presión. El desayuno fue espectacular, jugo, chocolate, café las 24 horas del día. Gracias a que está frente a una montaña, el clima es muy fresco… extremadamente diferente a la humedad que se siente en Villavicencio. Para cerrar con broche de oro. Las personas que trabajan en este lugar, son increíbles. Siempre estuvieron atentas a cualquier cosa que necesitara, incluso si yo insistía en que no necesitaba ayuda, estaban al servicio en cada momento. Crecí en Villavicencio y eh estado hospedada en muchos lugares aquí. Pero 100% este lugar es una “GEMA” guardadita a las afueras de esta ciudad. Sin ninguna duda volveré y no como lo hice esta vez que fue sola. Volveré con más personas, por qué este lugar superó mis expectativas al 1.000% Muchísimas gracias!!! No tengo nada que decir para mejorar… a por qué me sentí muchísimo mejor que en casa. De hecho, me hizo sentir que quiero tener una casa como este lugar!!! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕"

"The bathroom was clog, I request to be moved to a different room due the lack of response from the staff, the smell of humidity was terrible, I will never book another room again at this hotel Very disappointed."

"The Good: As an American, the breakfast is much better than what you are offered in American hotels. Also this hotel is extremely close to the airport. The hotel is attached to a half dozen restaurants in the adjacent shopping complex. A/C worked well in the room. The room was very clean and modern. The Bad: The hotel is literally on top of a SmartFit gym. Starting at 5am in the morning until 10pm there is a continuing thumping from weights being dropped. The noise is reverberated throughout the hotel during the day. The Conclusion: I will personally choose a different hotel in the future. My partner’s family lives Yopal so we visit recurringly. I think it was a bad decision to have a big box fitness gym in the same building underneath hotel floors. And the gym really should have a “no dropping weights” policy. "
