"We stayed in ground floor accomodation. Problem with lounge area. Not private. Sofa bed for sleeping 3rd person had no privacy. Lounge and kitchen open to all those occupying floors above ours as they entered building from street level front door. No wall or door to give privacy which was rather disconcerting. Also no security for personal property. Although we had private bedroom for two and private bathroom the description of the property was not as advertised. "

"The place was friendly...as I was only guest and I had enough attention. This is a really quiet area, which guarantees very quiet sleep. On the other hand: nothing much to do in the evening except dinner in nearby maybe too expensive restaurant. I got reasonably good breakfast, parking was just behind the gate. "The Staff was very welcoming, rooms spotless, and for the sweet lovers you also have free candies in the room. We had the luxury of having a hammock in the terrace which was very welcome in the morning when the sun is starting to shine"

Food typical Sardinian and home cooked. Less good: WiFi only available at breakfast time - inconvenient. Room smelled damp and cold when it rained (visited in 2nd half April) and bed not very comfortable."
