What is unique about this property is the location with walking distances to Epcot and Boardwalk with a plus which is the water taxi option ! Making this hotel as one of the kind of luxury and affordable at the same time!
The food options were all pretty pricey! Like very pricey. The Magic Kingdom bus drops you at TTC. That’s fine, but I didn’t know. It would have been nice to know that ahead.
The location is great of coarse. The property is beautiful and the staff was great!
We have stayed at this location 3 times to visit Disney. This last time I felt the room and hotel was not kept up well. The hallways and elevators feel dingy. The balcony was extremely small. Great location if visiting Disney. They good neighbor hotel benefits make this a great option. Love how many restaurants are on this property. Beautiful pool with slides that the whole family loved. I hope the hotel gets the updates it needs as we love staying here.
BEWARE! not only do they charge a $45.00 resort fee, but an additional $36 a night to self park your car in a lot that had ZERO PARKING. We were forced to park at the other resort and walk across the bridge to our hotel in 90 degree heat. But wait there’s more. They also charge a $100 a night incidental charge that stays on your account until you check out. We had an additional $400 charged to our debit card that we weren’t expecting at the moment of arrival. I’ve stayed here multiple times over 12 years and never had this happen in the past.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location and transportation options were great. So easy to get to the parks from there. There is quite a few dining options as well. The property is beautiful and you can see the Epcot fire works from the beach. They have free smores and a movie In the evening down at the beach too. The pool had a really fun atmosphere. We didn’t have trouble getting lounge chairs which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially if you’re going to the Disney parks. The Staff are great too.
Reason for the trip was Epcot and the Dolphin is walking distance to the park very nice plenty of dining options but over priced and if you don’t have a car inconvenient to leave the property.
The lovely woman who checked me in started our trip out FANTASTIC! She was super friendly and helpful . Property is clean and well maintained . We are Disney pass holders and will continue to use this hotel !
We loved our stay here but we were so disappointed by how the pools were freezing. So many beautiful pools and lots of people sitting along the sides because they were too cold to swim in. So, we got in the hot tub and about 8 little kids joined because they were freezing too. Also, we were disappointed that we had to pay for self parking every night. We didn’t move our car once we got there but we still had to pay everyday for parking. I hope Swan hops on board at least by taking the parking fee away. I’d love to stay here again but the extra fees for things and freezing pools are deterring me and my husband from doing so. We spent more here for 3 nights than we would for moderate Disney resorts. All of the staff here was amazing. Place was clean, smelled good, loved how many things there are on property to do and choose from. Beds were very comfortable. Room was great and clean!
Weve stayed at the Dolphin many times and always enjoy ourselves. We also get their valet parking which normally has no issues. This time around what a complete disaster. The cost is $44 per day and there was so much disorganization it was ridiculous. Nobody would answer the phone, you had to wait an extremely long time to get your car and they were not as friendly. It was very disappointing this time around.
First i paid for a room with a pool balcony view and we got a room with a view to the lake. Second there wasnt parking available and we had to park super far away like a mile away
Parking is a nightmare. No explanation of where to self park finally gave up and valet parked. Had to walk what felt like a football field to get to check in desk. Very slow at desk and very hard to hear. What was supposed to be a reasonable weekend financially was over 1k just for the room. Room was ok but a balcony room that overlooks pool and beach not so good. We were hoping for maybe a glimpse of fireworks from the parks. Not sure if I would ever stay at this non "Disney Resort" again. Asked for housekeeping at check in and was not done. Restaurants were nice but noisy loud crowd I guess. It's not worth the money we paid. Could have stayed at a Disney Resort for this kind of money. Needs to be refurbished.
Nice to be able to catch the boat ride to the back entrance to Epcot. Less crowded going in at that entrance. We also walked there from the hotel. Nice easy ten minute walk
We never expected to see so many dolphins! And the tour around the island was fabulous. Very educational, and interesting.

Loved the free shuttle to magic kingdom . Walls were thin you could hear everything and people complained though . No food after a certain time . They did have a convenient shop open until 1 though
We loved how close everything was-Boardwalk, Epcot, and then if not, just hop on a bus and within a few minutes, you are at Disney Springs, or wherever else you want to go. The property is beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful, lots of dining options.
