When you are in a house for a month in the tropics the house will get dusty with the AC . That is why we recommend a mid stay clean which you declined . Good Morning Julie Thank you for your kind review. All homes are photographed prior to arrival on inspection the house was clean on your arrival. The Pool heaters are heat pumps they do not work under 58 f . You were advised of this to check the weather prior to your arrival with the pool heat . You booked allocation on arrival and you were upgraded to a 5 bedroom house with pool and spa. It is a issue with cold weather that the Pool heater will not work in extreme overnight weather. That is why we gave you a house with a spa in case the pool water was too cold for you. Thank you again for staying with us . Have a Great Thanks Giving and a Merry Christmas.

Hello Brent Thank you for taking time to leave a review . The Pool was heated for 7 days you were only charged for 6 days. I walk into the house yesterday after your departure and i agree with you it was terrible . Broken Lamp Blood stain sheets dirty comforters. Sand was all over the garage i assume you had a beach day and brought the beach back to the villa with you. White Towels dyed blue dirt and food everywhere. Then we had the issue of smoking in the property. I must say it was not a pleasure to host your stay we do not condone this kind of behaviour . Have a safe trip back to Missouri stay safe and stay well.

The pool was running at 87 f . 1 Lizards can come into the property if the patio door is left open along with bugs .2 If you had issues you should have reached out to us so we could have assisted you and made your stay more comfortable. Good Morning Ivan The property was never booked to another person you confirmed your address in the morning as you know you went to the location address on Expedia website which was not your property your statement is untrue . When you arrived you called me said you made it and it was a great house 10.28 pm . We got the TVS working for you because you did not understand how Rokus work. If you had a issue with air conditioning you should have contacted us so we could have assisted you during your stay. On my inspection the pool was clean at 3 pm but as we know we had storms on your arrival day. Thank you again for staying with us Happy Holidays

Hi Again Christian Thank you for your review as per the booking contract you check in early and you check out late .You were rude and aggressive to the cleaning ladies .You got a 3 Bedroom 2 bath standard pool home and you broke your rental agreement. This is the 2 nd time you have left a review which we have responded to.We do not condone bad behavior especially being rude and aggressive to the ladies who come to clean your home. Thank you Mark for your kind feed back and taking the time to leave a review .You book a 3 bedroom house standard and was upgraded to a 5 bedroom superior pool home with spa. You did email our office and said you saw a roach and ants on check in. We found no Ants or Roaches on check in inspection and the follow up inspection after your call .You should have told us you were not happy with the accommodation we could have moved you to another property. The AC is either set to cool or heat we do not control the AC the guests do. If you could not set the Thermostat to cool or heat you should have called us or email us so we could have assisted you while you were in resort .We can not make your stay more comfortable unless you inform us you need assistance .On the 19 February 2019 you email our office saying you could not get the dishwasher or waste disposal to work . On inspection it all work fine and the blinds were in place at all the windows we put this call out down to user error.With your difficulty in understanding the on and off switch on the TV Microwave and Dishwasher .Setting the Thermostat to cool or heat I would suggest in future you stay in a hotel as self catering is not your ideal vacation. The traffic around Disney is always busy it will take 20 to 35 minutes on average to get to Disney property subject to traffic conditions . We do provide a starter pack all Bathrooms are set up for your arrival. This is a self catering accommodation once you run out of items you will have to go and shop for the items you need . The Air Conditioner you can take lower over night it depends how cold the outside air Temperature is .We would set AC to 73 if over night is 59 f to keep warm or some guests might set to 68 f it depends.
