The staff was superb. Excellent customer service. The hotel is ok for a night or two if visiting Universal Parks. My low review is due to the fact that they advertise breakfast included when in fact all they offer is coffee and some tiny muffins. Better advertise no breakfast, or describe it as what it is...I really dislike deceiving advertisement.

Pool was out of service our entire stay. Room had roaches and ants. AC in room stopped working. Kitchen was not equipped with utensils prior to us arriving and they were very limited on the utensils they did provide.

Check in/out was easy and fast. Our room wasnt exactly as expected though. The listing said they offer rollaway beds, which i was planning on using, but they do not have those. Also i expected to have at least some basic kitchen supplies since there is a full kitchen, but those items are available for a fee. The pool was closed. When asked about that, the man just said that they were waiting for someone from the state. Not sure if we'll stay here again.

Poorly managed extended stay room was dirty with missing bath shower curtain. The lobby smelled like weed and so did the room. Will never recommend staying here unless it’s your last resort!

Quiet, Comfortable, and Hassle free

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the staff was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was—we didn’t hear a thing and slept soundly. My 12-year-old and I stayed overnight while traveling, checking in after midnight and out at 11 a.m. No complaints—it was exactly what we needed at the perfect time.

I want a refund. I reserved a room with two beds which was given to a person. I checked into my room and someone was there sleeping. They only had a room with one bed and a pullout, which was stained and moldy, disgusting to say the least. We asked for blankets and sleepy on the floor. Cockroaches were crawling on us.

Somewhat cheap and low-quality accommodation. Very poor wifi. Breakfast non-existing. Strong smell of the cleaning supplies in the hallway. Can be good to stay for one night but its "low budget" nature was too much in my face so I will probably not be coming back.

Rooms smelled really bad ! Roach ine the bathroom. And always people smoking weed outside it stinks all the time . Loud music at 6 am in the parking lot…. Terrible will never go back .
