This was unfortunate for both of us that you walked into this location and it was not ready. However, you did call us and immediately we relocated you to another property nearby that was full of amenities such as a clubhouse that offered a pool, spa, tennis, volleyball, games, movie room, playground, minigolf etc. We do apologize for the first impression of the first place but we fee this review may have been based on that and not your stay in whole at the new location. Thank you .

We are shocked you gave such a poor review of us. We helped you every step of the way from your first call to us on how to operate the front door. We provided pictures at the time of booking and you got exactly what you booked. All condos are decorated a bit differently but this is the one you chose online. You didn't report anything to us as far as "disrepair" so we are not sure what exactly you mean by this. We feel this review is not an accurate picture of what happened.

Hello and thank you for your review. I apologize that we could not get the new dryer delivered before you left. It was my pleasure to at least be able to bring you new towels. I hoped I could have had the dryer replaced before you left but since I wasn't sure I did offer to take your clothes to be washed. I do hope you give us another try. Hi Katie, Thank you for your the review. Although we are bit concerned with the statement. Not all rentals will have Tvs in every bedroom. You are provided with a starter set of supplies including trash bags, toilet paper and bar soap. During your stay if you go through this you must purchase your own. We have noted your concerns though and will take it up with the owner of this rental. Thank you for your feedback.

Its unfortunate to see this level of a review and not know who you are to address the situation. You say its not what you selected, but I don't know who you are to comment on this. What I can say is that if you didn't get a condo, then I upgraded you to a house with a private pool. I would be happy to look into this further though if I can know who you are. Thank you.

We tried to reach out to you a week before your arrival date but unfortunately did not hear back from you. Once you did contact us we provided you check in details right away. The $107 you paid for the the departure cleaning fee that is added to all stays and is noted in the booking details. The location of the rental is within 15 minutes of the Disney parks. Universal is further about 30 minutes. We do apologize if there was any confusion with that. Thank you.
