0/5 ⭐️ . The staff was very disrespectful . The prperty and rooms were unlcean . There was no comforter included , and when we asked for one they gave my boyfriend and i a very scratchy / uncomfortable blanket . We felt as there was very sketchy and stomach twirling things goin on in the rooms around us . We felt very unsafe being there . mind you we stayed for 12 nights . never got our security deposit back . front lobby has some questionable things goin on behind closed doors too . they tried making us check out 6 days early . banging on our door more than once after us responding and showing proof of our stay . OVERALL NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BOOK ‼️ PLEASE BE MINDFUL AND AWARE OF UR SURROUNDS IF BOOKING HERE ‼️

TV cracked when we got there, floors dirty, bath tube dirty with ring and stains, no bedspread on bed, room service didn't clean room, no clean towels, no soap (just shampoo), no phone in room, heater broken , no toilet paper, no iron, no ironing board, no hangers, tried to transfer us to a room that had bed bugs. shoer curtain dirty, frigerator didn't get very cold. no alarm clock in the room, couldn't get wake up call. Office was locked from 11:00pm to 9:30am and you couldn't get any service.

I have previously communicated with your customer service on February 19, 2024, regarding a guest issue, and I possess the corresponding case number. Upon the guest's initial check-in, we extended an offer to refund her reservation at no cost if she wished to cancel, given her extensive complaints about various aspects of her stay. It was evident that the guest desired a refund, yet she opted to stay for the entire duration of her non-refundable reservation, consistently requesting daily services and expressing dissatisfaction with numerous aspects. Notably, she mentioned her intention to contact Expedia regarding her experience and seek a refund during her checkout. Throughout her stay, we even offered her alternative accommodations in three different rooms, all of which she declined, deeming them unsatisfactory. Despite paying for a less expensive accommodation, the guest harbors expectations similar to a five-star experience, further emphasizing her desire for a refund after completing her stay. On the otherhand, we change the TV, we service the room to change the towels, give blankets...there was no bed bugs because if there was, she could have left the room right away. Thank you!

The area being unsafe is not the properties fault. The staff was very nice. The rooms are exteremely out dated and need alot of work. At least there was not any bugs, that is my biggest concern!

The hotel requires a $20 deposit for damage We wanted to leave the hotel early, but they would not give us our deposit back until 9:30 AM We had to go to our meeting early and drive back to the hotel to get our deposit back in cash Very inconvenient for us The hotel is old but clean

The lady at the desk was very nice. The room was clean but had a musty smell. There was no blanket on the bed. I looked in the dresser and there was a blanket in there but it smelled terrible.

This property needs to be shut down for extreme water damage causing mf and strong mildew orders as well with uneven floors due to underlining water damage. I truly feel if sn inspection of this facility was conducted it would close instantly and if not the inspectors are being bought to stay quiet. I truly was so disgusted with this facility. The location is the plus and if new owner could knock down and rebuild it could be something but for right now my suggestion is stay away

It was decent for a one-night stay. However, the conditions of the building and room were rough. The walls/baseboards were yucky, and the room smelt of mildew. I went to take a shower; the shower head was broken. So, water ended up all over the floor and on the sink. It was a cheap hotel. The staff was decent. The traffic was AWFUL! It felt like I was in the middle of the highway the whole night.

There were cigarette holes in the shower curtain, there was no battery in the smoke detector, the room had a bad mildewy smell and smelled like they were trying to cover up a cigarette smell. I was supposed to stay for 6 nights and ended up leaving after 2 days, I asked them for a refund for the remainder of my stay not even a full refund and they said no. Do not waste your money here. There are many better hotels in the area.

We needed a place for only 1 night we were leaving the next morning. The staff was nice and helpful. The room we stayed in had a smell to it not sure how to explain it. They had window ac units which was too close to the bed because you have so much wind blowing on you but once you turn it off the room gets hot quickly so you have no choice but to leave it on.The sheets on the bed had some stains. The bathroom was dusty and the toilet wasn’t clean. When taking a shower hot water was turned on but then it kept getting cold not sure if maybe another guest was using it as well if that was the cause. I think if they renovated and kept the place up they would be fine because it’s in a good location.

The property is old and tired , needs updating , decorating and a really good deep clean , dirt and dust everywhere , lots of junk , ie old trailers , building rubble just left in car park .
