Very clean and well maintained property. Only one restaurant that was closed often for a private event… close to promenade at sunset walk. Plenty of seats around the heated pool. Wouldn’t allow outside drinks though, was forced to buy from bar. I would go back though!

We went from a cruise to here, and the staff here were very accommodating of our needs. The cottage was clean and very comfortable, easily holding four adults and all our luggage. The cottage was eclectically laid out, with things in odd places and no phone that we found. One of the bedrooms had USB charging ports, while the other did not. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help with all of our needs. There was a retro arcade game system with about 60 games on it. The resort itself had a wonderful spa, and a pool area with a bar and grill. Overall, it was very relaxing.

Great place to stay, very safe and had lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Had two small issues with towels and bed that was taken care of quickly. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Overall a great place to stay and relax. My second time there and it was just as good this time as the last. I am sure I will be back again.

In my opinion, this property had to have a better description/communication, as it was self serving property. Location, property, and parking were great! Staff were rude and inattentive. Denied me in chair, while I had a hard time standing on crutches while pulling driver license and credit card out. Property was missing coffee filters and few other minor things. And staff told us to go to Walgreens to buy it. I would stay there again, but now know what to expect.

We loved staying in our cottage. It was super clean, convenient and close by to parks. Our private pool and hot tub were great for our kids and we enjoyed the main pool areas as well. My only dislike was the lack of basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, tissues etc. We were given a very small amount like one days worth and then had to restock that all ourselves the next day. Other than that we loved our stay and hope to be back soo.

We did a reservation for 8 people but the home only came with 6 towels. There was also a pool in the back of the house so we only had 6 towels to bathe with and to dry off from the pool for a family of 8. I called and asked for more towels and let them know that there was not a towel for each person and was told that they could not give extra towels. I’m not sure why I paid for 8 ppl if 8 ppl couldn’t be accommodated. It was a hassle to keep washing and drying towels while on vacation.

So clean and everything you could need is within 1/2 mile. Fords Garage was a good stop for dinner. Pool was clean and plenty of seating options.

Great resort! Cottage was nice and about a 10 minute walk up to the pool- would have loved to have been a bit closer, but resort had a shuttle as well- dining options across the street was so nice! We would come back!

We enjoyed our stay in the cottages. We got a lot of use out of the private pool in our unit. The resort pools were very nice, but crowded because one of the pools was closed due to construction. We liked the convenient location of the water park and sunset walk. It would have been nice to have more kid friendly activities. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and enjoyed the resort.

Loved this for a quick spring break trip. Most of the staff was fantastic with the exception of two waiters refusing to take our orders at the pool, which is kinda why you go to Margaritaville.

We've stayed at Margaritaville in a hotel room in the past and enjoyed our stay, so we thought we'd try a cottage. Our unit was a reasonable walk to the pool and lobby. We had a 2bed/2 bath townhouse. The home was clean and inviting. It sleeps six, but isn't really large enough for six people. There is only seating for four in the den. The table seats four as well. The island counter is not meant to be a bar for dining. The unit was very sparse on provisions. No coffee filters, condiments, pots and pans. They do state you receive basically one or two days worth of staples. We were in a owner unit, so the decor and kitchen supplies may be different in other units.

The hotel and cottage were visually appealing, yet the staff’s hospitality fell short. Despite requesting additional bed sheets, comforters, and towels, we were only supplied with one of each. Furthermore, each bathroom was equipped with a single roll of toilet paper, which proved insufficient for a family with children. When addressed, the response was that the cottage operates on a self-sustained model. However, given the substantial resort fee charged, one would expect more accommodating provisions.

So I love staying at margaritaville and I was going with a lot of my family so I thought this would work…. Not !!! House was nice and over all clean and in good shape … but linens were not and this is the complaint that I have I guess this VStay is like a total separate entity from Margaritaville their check in desk is right next to the check in desk inside the main hotel of Margaritaville but they cannot assist you with anything meaning extra towels no clean sheets or bedding no an extra cot bed absolutely not if you have an issue of some kind Vstays literally states sorry there is nothing we can do we are not Affiliated with Margaritaville so for that reason I would not stay in cottage again I will always return to Margaritaville… but this is like staying in an Airbnb the difference is when you call your host they find a way to accommodate you… I told the lady there were stains on the blanket she would not give me an extra one she said house comes as is there is a washer and dryer wash the blanket🙄

We wish you the best in finding alternative lodging if you should come back to Orlando as you are no longer welcome to Margaritaville Resort Orlando.

Our townhome was absolutely amazing. Only downside was that we had to wash towels everyday and buy extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. But everything else was perfect clean and everyone around the resort was so nice and helpful. This is the only place I will ever stay when visiting this area 10/10 for sure.

From the gal that travels all the time but never leaves a review. We stayed in a 4 bed/bedroom cottage and it was wonderful. The resort is fairly new, the location (albeit on busy 192) is minutes from Disney, has everything imaginable on 192 (Target, Publix, CVS, Walmart) plus all sorts of food places. The cottages are gorgeous, stocked with plates, silverware, some TP, paper towels, some towels, some toiletries, blender, stove, full size fridge and so on). The lobby and pool areas are beautiful as well. We moved from one local to this one and check in was not until 4:00. They were able to let us in after cleaning at 2:00. Very much appreciated.
