Surprisingly an excellent experience since we received email that the hotel was undergoing renovations. Our experience was excellent. Highly recommended. Even under renovations our stay was very pleasant.

Under renovations, but should not be open during renovations. Hallways were disgusting. Room didn’t have working fridge. Very uncomfortable beds. No shelves in showers. Thin towels. Disgusting parking lot and landscaping. Never again.

The hotel was very good, everything was excellent. I realized they were remodeling the hotel (modernizing it), and they put me in a room where they were remodeling the hallway. I think the only ones in the hallway were us and with children, thank you.

We had an overall great stay! Two nights we paid $150. Not bad for Orlando! The room was very clean and updated for the most part. Bed wasn’t as comfy as I hoped and they are under construction. So don’t expect perfection when you arrive. The breakfast was decent. Bagels, waffles, eggs, yogurt etc. We would stay again.

I want to make it clear that the hotel’s service was terrible. The security and facilities were unacceptable, as my car was broken into and my belongings were stolen. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, as they risk losing their belongings and compromising their safety.

It was ok

This stay was not a good stay. The carpet smelled like mildew and the sink was stopped up. The blanket was not on the bed. I had to find it. The hotel is going through renovations but other rooms had microwaves, dishwashers and two burner stoves. My room did not. Must have been the difference between the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor. The breakfast was decent and staff seem nice.

Location was convenient. Front desk staff was friendly and very apologetic for the elevator being out of service. Parking great. Breakfast was good and nice that it was included with many options.

Our beds were missing their blankets and proper pillows. We only had a thin sheet and the 4 decorative pillows. The air conditioner unit was incredibly loud, and in the bedroom itself, and every time it would power down we were awoke to the sounds of grinding metal. There are plenty of places nearby to stay at, don’t include this one.
