The bathroom had residual from previous visitors and there was no shower curtain. Our checkout was at 11am and at 9am I had a woman obnoxiously knocking on my door and saying hello repetitively until I opened the door to remind me that I was checking out! I had just woken up and was in the bathroom but that knocking threw me off completely! So unnecessary and rude

The property was under construction so pathways were closed off- was placed in the furthest wing from everything with the closest parking area closed off also. And also the pool nearest room was closed also - the room had no remote and I had to call the front desk three times to get a remote - no one ever brought one so I had to walk down to complain before they finally had someone bring it .

While the room was on the older side this property is worth a stay. The staff is nice and the location to the parks is fantastic.

Staff were absolutely amazing. Very professional and accommodating. Hotel is a little dated but very clean and welcoming. Ice cold ac, clean bedding, smells great when you walk in. For the price it’s actually exceeded my expectation! I will definitely be coming through again.

They had a child water park which made it perfect for me and my wife to visit the pool and keep an eye on our little one, the visit was great and I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others. Very accommodating staff and very helpful.

Our room smelled like marijuana every night after 10pm due to someone else near by smoking and it going into all the rooms in the area. Told the front desk they really didn't care just told me I wouldn't have to pay a "smoking" fee since I reported it. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain for the first day, had to have it repaired. All except one staff member were friendly so I'm assuming she was having a bad day or just didn't like me lol.

My partner and I went on a quick trip to Disney World and wanted a convenient, affordable spot to stay in. We are so happy that we found the Rosen Inn, and will definitely be staying there again the next time we visit Orlando. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk was full of very sweet and friendly attendants (shout out to Nissa and Pedro) who gave us a deal for free breakfast since we agreed to switch rooms while management renovated the property. The room was in great condition, with fast Wifi, a TV, a microwave, a fridge and comfy beds. Everything was very clean and neat, and the property overlooked a gorgeous little lake with beautiful greenery. The other guests were quiet so we slept all night with no noise issues, and felt very safe with the 24-hr security guard at the parking lot. All in all, this was a great stay for such a low price, close to the parks.

A very nice hotel with a reasonable rate. Good dining options on site. Wonderful grounds. Friendly staff. The only down side was that it was noisy. Concrete sidewalks right outside room entry. People walking and talking loudly past the room at 2 and 3am and cleaning carts rolling past at 7:00 am. Would stay again however.

Bathroom was dirty. Had long hairs on roof of shower and wall was dirty. Had staff try and come in room twice. The first time he argued with me and asked if we were leaving soon and i repeated several times that we just checked in. The second person did not understand english very well i finally had to shut door. Had to call front office to ask them to tell people to stop coming in room. Lots of noise. Doing upgrades on property with not marked well areas.

We have stayed here three times now. It is convenient to both WDW and Universal. Rooms are always clean and in good repair. Property has good amenities. We will continue to stay here as long as pricing remains reasonable.

Hotel is very crowded. The outside paint and look does not fell like a hotel but an apartment building. People are loud and obnoxious, compmete disregard for other gueast. Kids were running and jumping over our heads all night. I called the front desk to complain but they kept going into the night.

It was an ok property to stay for the night. I wouldn't want to stay any longer. We had 2 double beds, which are very small when you are used to queen or king beds in most hotels. Both were very soft to sleep on. There was still toothpaste in the sink from the last guests. It was a quiet place and close to a couple small shopping centers that had food options and a starbucks.

Close driving distance to Disney World. Its a long walk to the front office. But everything was very clean. And the breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice and the food was great. And there was a market inside which was super convenient for snacks and medicine or basic toiletries

The clerk at the mini store is incredibly rude. Never getting off her ear bud phone conversation and being rude to the white people. Allowing some to fill up their coffee jugs, but others could not without getting yelled at and a manager called over. Shameful because every other staff member is so pleasant. At checkout a gentleman was so kind to help with a luggage cart. But the poor experience (3x) at the mini store (Tuesday morning especially) is a let down. Old building, old interiors. Seen its better days.

Found the restaurant a bit over priced, but that’s par for the course regardless of where you go. The facilities was well maintained and handy to all attractions
