This was my first time booking with Sonder and i can safely say I will book again in the future. The check in process was easy and very smooth. The room is exaclty as pictured online. The hallways smell very warm and clean. There were no noise issues and the facilities were well kept. The one thing I wish was available was a place for laundry. Outside of that, i thoroughly loved staying at Sonder at the Pointe Orlando.

I didn't like i couldn't get breakfast because i didn't have a voucher. When do you need a voucher to have breakfast? I thought as long as you rent a room, breakfast is free.

We enjoyed our stay at The Point. Staff were friendly, and they were clear upon arrival that if we needed anything or had any questions or concerns, to contact Sonder via the app. We did need extra amenities during our stay, so we contacted the property through the app and got what we needed. The property was quiet and clean, as was our suite. We were walking distance to a lot of great little shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at The Point again.

A disaster from the first minute we stepped into the room . The room did not correspond to the specs we booked. I am disputing the charge and will sue Sonder. I got another room at The Pointe for my whole 12 nights stay and took pictures and waisred countless hours on the phone with Hotels.com and Expedia to no avail.

Good stay overall, but: (1) Hot water had issues, when taking a shower, all of a sudden the water wouod turn burning hot and would go back to luke warn (2) one of the safes did not work (3) the TVs had a very poor over-the-air reception and you wouldn't be able to use the streaming apps like Netflix on them even with your own account (4) one of the showers was so hard to turn off that either you had to wrestle with the faucet or it would keep leaking water the whole time.

The room was perfect with kitchen & dining utensils. I didn’t like the smell of the corridor carpet recently washed with dryers on. The internet for TV was not working due to some nearby construction mistake. The hotel lobby was very small

Sonder in Orlando was wonderful for the location. Walkable to universal studios or a five minute drive. Construction all around the hotel - but not necessarily sonders fault Room was stocked with tea and coffee but the sheets felt like you were sleeping in newspaper. A lot of property deteriorating and/or outdated. They also shut our hot water off on the day of check out for maintenance. We were notified via email the night before. But to shut off water 9am to 6? Not great

No vending machine/no drinks to purchase
The place was great, clean and comfy. A vending machine or complimentary water would have made it much better. After a long day of traveling we arrived with nothing to drink and nothing available to but at the point. I couldn’t even take my medications. This should be communicated for future guests.

We recently stayed at this property and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The plumbing burst twice, flooding our hallway on both occasions, leaving us without water for two days. This inconvenience made using the bathroom and shower impossible. Additionally, the televisions were non-functional upon arrival, requiring us to have someone fix them. The balcony, a key feature, was unusable as it was being painted during our stay. Our frustration escalated due to poor communication from Sonder, with no clear timeline provided regarding the plumbing issues. This lack of transparency added to the overall dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, these multiple issues have left us with no desire to stay at this property again.

This property is awesome. I just love the feeling when I'm staying here that's why I came back. The rooms are very comfy so u never want to get out of bed. The peaceful atmosphere just pulls you in.

Would’ve given it five stars but I feel the couch needs to be either deep cleaned or changed out. The carpeting needs to be deep cleaned. Also, it had a wad of bubble gum on it Is stained, but not terribly. Other than that… it was a five star resort. The bedroom was comfortable. There was a shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub. Kitchen was well stocked and in good order dishwasher full size refrigerator that was a balcony and the view was lovely. Easy parking on site.

Honestly, it’s a great property. We’ve stayed there many times. This time we had no air conditioning and there was no one available to fix it. They did offer a new room but it was after midnight and we had to be up for an interview at 5.

Its not bad. The communication was great. We had issues with the thermostat unfortunately was not resolved. We also wish there were more towels. Other than that everything was smooth.

To start off, the hotel gave me a room that was not supposed to be mine. When we entered, right away we noticed a broken fridge with a dirty towel in it. I messaged the person that was assigned to help us (yes they communicated through texting only) and he said it would be fixed. Then they told me it was fixed when it clearly wasn't. The second night, we came back at 2am and we were locked out of our room. They kept telling us we were supposed to be in another room and refused to let us in to get our stuff. My work laptop and wallet were in there, and he asked if I could just get my stuff the next day. We ended up having to call the police, and then they finally gave us a new access code. They acted like nothing happened after that and refused to give me a refund. Never met anyone so unhelpful nor have I stayed at a place that made me feel so unsafe and uncomfortable. Would give 0 stars if I could.
