They are undergoing some construction but the overall condition of the property is poorly maintained and the rooms were medium to low cleanliness. We will never come back to this property I will think about it when booking some other from Travelodge and/or Wyndham. Photos show you wonders, very deceitful, misleading.

Where do I start? Check in awful, staff member who tried to check me in was being trained, could not understand English, and someone else in the very TINY lobby was talking SO LOUD we couldn't hear each other through the plexiglass window anyway, Took a LONG time just for step 1. Got into room 212... ZERO towels, TV remote didn't work properly. Eventually they sent someone with towels, and a new remote which didn't work either. They switched my room, which was with a different model TV and had towels. Check in took better part of 45 minutes and I was by then running way behind schedule (had to be somewhere). Next morning, hot water... well, there was none. Took about 20 minutes in the shower for there to finally be hot water, but the water pressure was so low it didn't matter much. Check out - I asked for a receipt showing the refund of the $100 deposit on my credit card. Staff person said I would get it by email in 4-5 days, if I wanted one now I had to wait for the room to be approved, which would happen after the person doing that finished with his other chores. I should just wait for it. I had to get going. English barely spoken on the property by staff, poorly supplied rooms, rude staff. Special thanks to staff members Kendi and Georges who helped finally make things right and did seem to understand the concept of ‘customer service’. I'd NEVER NEVER go to this property again.

The property needs an upgrade to the floors, windows and bathroom but the beds, towels and general areas are clean and comfortable. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room however coffee was available at reception. Visible improvements are being undertaken at present but overall I would not stay here again which is a shame as the staff were excellent and the property is well situated.

Would NEVER recommend or stay here EVER! The receptionist was very polite and patient . The rooms were extremely dirty. After asking for a second room, we got to the room and the floor was worse . Room smelled like wet dog. Mold all in the shower and red sticky dog prints all over the floor . I asked for maintenance and the gentleman look very high on something and asked me if my phone worked rather then cleaning the mess that should have been cleaned . There was hair in the bed sheets, which were dirty moist and had a weird smell. DO NOT GO !

The smell in the reception area and the rooms was awful. The so-called grab and go breakfast area was just a dirty coffee mashine on a disgusting table top.As other guest started to party and loudly passing our room we immediately checked out.

There was an awkward space under the door to the room next to ours so we could hear everything in the next room. The TV had very limited channels and the remote barely registered to the TV making it impossible to watch anything. The staff was nice but the facilities were disappointing.

Property was under renovation first rooms a/c didn't work but they were quick to move us to a new room. Over all good places are within walking distance. Icon park is down the road. Universal is within sight distance.

This is a motel. They don't give the breakfast included, they don't clean your room, the reception is a joke. Tha entire building is unsafe, dusty. Just don't go to this hotel. I had to leave after de 2nd night, i lost my money [they refused to refund me] but I'm glad I went to a decent place and I enjoyed my holidays. * DON'T GO THERE

Poop and pee on blankets upon arrival. Mildew so bad in room bleach didn't cover the smell.. toilet human fecies water coming out of the floor. Maintenance man told us the room flooded recently but no date given. Currently waiting on management to tell me if they are giving me full refund if not law enforcement will be involved

The property is under construction and it appears that the room's are being renovated. However, the renovation is sloppy. The room was missing some of the basic amenities (clock) and others didn’t work (phone). On a good note, both the bed and the shower were quite nice.

The receptionist Shamilla was very rude when we asked her about having water to drink . Also she was on the phone texting instead concern or helping us resolving our problem . Room was very smelling very bad, like mold. We do not recommend the place .

Property isn’t bad. Just needs some TLC and maintenance. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff was really nice. First room I was given had fresh paint on the shower floor. So I had paint on my feet for a day or so till it fully came off. They moved me into a different room. Second room was a little better. TV volume wouldn’t work on the remote or tv itself. It was too loud so we just left the tv off. Shower head sprayed water in all direction when turned a certain way. No bugs which was a big plus! Couple of shady characters in the parking lot at night but not for long. One morning there was a guy asking if we wanted to buy AirPods in the parking lot. Again, not a roach motel but could use a caring owner.

Despicable place with loud construction outside (Feb 2024) and even louder neighbors yelling and talking loudly at night and smoking on the balconies. Do NOT stay here. We left early and found a different place and they refused to partially refund us.
