Where do I start? Check in awful, staff member who tried to check me in was being trained, could not understand English, and someone else in the very TINY lobby was talking SO LOUD we couldn't hear each other through the plexiglass window anyway, Took a LONG time just for step 1. Got into room 212... ZERO towels, TV remote didn't work properly. Eventually they sent someone with towels, and a new remote which didn't work either. They switched my room, which was with a different model TV and had towels. Check in took better part of 45 minutes and I was by then running way behind schedule (had to be somewhere). Next morning, hot water... well, there was none. Took about 20 minutes in the shower for there to finally be hot water, but the water pressure was so low it didn't matter much. Check out - I asked for a receipt showing the refund of the $100 deposit on my credit card. Staff person said I would get it by email in 4-5 days, if I wanted one now I had to wait for the room to be approved, which would happen after the person doing that finished with his other chores. I should just wait for it. I had to get going. English barely spoken on the property by staff, poorly supplied rooms, rude staff. Special thanks to staff members Kendi and Georges who helped finally make things right and did seem to understand the concept of ‘customer service’. I'd NEVER NEVER go to this property again.
