We absolutely loved it here- I was so worried about it being loud because I am a super light sleeper and have trouble sleeping anyway, but it was so quiet and peaceful it wasn’t an issue. My only critique is housekeeping is very slow in the mornings. Maybe they can ask at check in if you need full or basic service and it might make things easier on housekeeping ?

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. Very Spacious and Clean, Pool is big and Clean. Housekeeping is very consistent. If you are going to universal, they have a shuttle that will take you there for free. Affordable and Delicious Breakfast. Rooms are very Spacious, and we got an amazing pool view. Not to loud, crowded, and noisy. Pretty Quiet for such a big hotel. They also do in room pizza delivery! Would definitely come back!

The room was pretty basic but very clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant had nice options and the pool was very relaxing. We loved that we could catch the shuttle to the parks. We will definitely be staying again!

Great hotel! Very clean and the staff members were friendly. I loved the simplicity of checking out and the personalized room keys were a nice touch! I didn’t care for the food or the location of the designated smoke area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again!

Great location. Staff the we interacted with were all polite, courteous, and helpful. The only downside was paying $72 for parking on top of paying to stay in the hotel.

My daughters and I had a great time at the Endless Summer Hotel. This stuff is so friendly and amazing. The rooms are spotless, and the convenience of having the bus shuttles running every 15 minutes made such a difference. We had a great time at the pool, and everything was very convenient, including the location with Walgreens in front of us and a few other fast-food restaurants. Food is not the best, but it's something that you're going to hate it. So it's everything was very convenient. We would recommend staying there again for sure.

We enjoyed our room and loved the decor! We spent some time at the pool and it was extremely windy and cold with the towers on both sides creating a wind tunnel. There is no sound system or music poolside so there is no fun atmosphere there. Friendly staff and we enjoyed the food in the grab and go.

We arrived around 9:00a on a Monday and they held our luggage with no issue while we went to the parks. There is a shuttle to Universal Studios that runs about every 10-15 minutes, so waiting wasn’t bad. We were able to get a room around 1:00p. We did pizza delivery service, and the food was very good. We weren’t there long enough to use the pool. And Ride Share was easy to find for pick up and the drive to MCO wasn’t bad at all. I would return to Surfside again.

Had to do the check in process 2x because our room wasnt ready earlier in the day. We were told we'd get a text when it was ready, we assumed to confirm our room number. We were issued keys but received a text several hours later and told to bring them back so they could give us new ones after a full day at the theme parks. I'm going to assume this was to ensure use of the parking garage and pools if needed. (Otherwise a waste of time)

Incredible place to stay… we go to Florida with our family every year and usually rent a villa for the week and we wanted to try something different so we looked up this hotel(Resort) the first thing I look up is the reviews there was only great things to say about it so I took the chance of booked and cannot have been happier. We actually left this morning and I told my husband I could’ve said two more days just to stay at the resort clean staff is super friendly. It was breathtaking.

Its def a step down from Cabana Bay. Biggest issue is the paper mache walls. If you have noisey neighbors it will impact your stay. My only other gripe is the bathroom layout. The door swings within a couple inches of the toilet meaning you have to squeeze between the toilet and shower to open the door, or do what I did and just step into the shower.

Great location near the parks and with the hotel shuttle service it is very comfortable to get there. Parking at the hotel was comfortable and inexpensive. The hotel itself is clean and welcoming. We had a 6 person room which was a bit smaller than can be but still managable. Internet and cable tv for the kids was great. Lastly, the area around the hotel is full of dining options so it's just a matter of which one to choose. Definitely recommended hotel and a future comeback

Surfside Inn & Suites is conveniently located close to the theme parks. The shuttles ran every five minutes and the commute took approximately 5-10 minutes. The two bedroom suite was the perfect size for my family of four including myself, husband and two teenage children. The hotel grounds were clean and the pool area was relaxing.

Affordable family friendly Universal option! The staff is absolutely amazing! They check-in via text and request are just as easy. Moreover, the dining hall has affordable made on demand options like a pasta and omelette bar. The pool is only 4ft deep all around with a nice poolside bar ( drinks are pricey but the norm I guess). The shuttle service to Universal parks was a breeze.

We loved the Surfside Inn and Suites! The hotel was very spacious, clean, and with every amenity you could want along with easy and free transportation to the Universal Parks and Citywalk. It just had a very cool vide as well! However, the best thing was the service we received. The reception and check I. Were fantastic and when we had a complaint regarding a very loud family in the room above us, the staff took care of us immediately and made everything right for us. They were extremely accommodating. We look forward to staying at this hotel again!
