Got there late so had to knock on door repeatedly just to get let in. Phone to dial front desk would not dial. But everything else was great. Clean room and quiet

The staff were nice. The hotel was clean, but the bed is worse than sleeping on a rocky mountain. There were no toiletries except one 2 inch wide bar of soap. The room is pretty small and there were no iron or blow dryer for convenience and no pots and pans for cooking, although there was a stove top and a refrigerator, I think if the property owner offered those accommodations the hotel would be great

The room was clean, had a microwave, a two burner glass stove top, and a large frig (not a bar frig). Walmart was 10min walk to purchase groceries. The location is 6 to 10 mile drive to main attractions. A small bar of soap is in the bathroom, so for stays past a day bring soap and shampoo.

Arriving late for a business conference, i was put off that the front door was locked and the "phone" was inoperable. After knocking several times and waiting, finally was the door unlocked. During check-in, there were kids running up and down the hallways, but thats to be expected in Orlando. Almost midnight with a 7am rising, I went to the room to discover it had not been touched after the last check-out. Back downstairs to notify front desk. Issued a 2nd room that smelled of death and had the window wide open apparently in an effort to rid the room of the terrible odor. 😳 Yikes! I know I should have turned around and left, but I was tired so I used my Joop to refresh the place. Sadly, reporting the incident to daytime management did not even yield an apology, just a quick defense on how clean they usually are. One word: Ratchet. If you know, you know.

Considering that you have a car, this hotel is in a good location in relation to the Universal and Sea World Parks, the International Dr attractions and Disney Springs, There is a 7 Eleven gas station and convenience store in front of the hotel. For dining you'll need to use your car. The Area of the hotel is somewhat isolated and I saw some weird people around when I arrived back to the the hotel at night. The Hotel inside is simple but good, the room we stayed in was spacious, the beds were confortable, the bathroom was good, there's a microwave and a big fridge, it was perfect for our family.

The $250 deposit (which may I add, you’re not made aware of that astronomical amount until you’re checking in) is completely ridiculous. You pay $88-$90 a night, but then get stuck with a deposit of that amount?

Terrible. Stay away from the hotel. No iron. Rooms are not made. Sheets are dirty. Never again will i ever. Youre better off geting a motel.

The refrigerator didn’t work so the food we brought spoiled and we didn’t know until the next day. There was a pair of stinky boots in the hallway all weekend that made the entire halls smell! There was roaches in the kitchen sink! The upstairs neighbors were jumping and banging the entire trip! The phone didn’t work and it looked nothing like the photos! 2/10

I thought everything was perfectly fine until the day of the reservation (made and booked over a month prior) I was called the day of asking when my check in time would be and I said I will be arriving in the evening to check in, the woman said okay and hung up. I come to check in and it’s canceled, my stay, my room, gone. I am still currently waiting on my refund to get back on my card and had to drive home and come back to the event I was attending the next morning. I am never booking through a booking site ever again. I was never told or emailed that my booking was tentative based on my arrival time, or it I didn’t arrive exactly at check in I’d lose a room I booked over a month in advance. All without communicating to me until it was all too late. Absolutely shady and horrible experience.

Staff was good, although didn’t feel too comfortable with the types of guests that were staying there, 2 am every night the person above us was moving furniture around like a crack head, and the first morning there was a drug deal gone bad, with cops in the lobby, noise hallways late night through the morning, and no hot water in the shower until 6am.

A constant smell of cigarette smoke was complimented with a thin mattress and even thinner pillow. Paper thin walls will let you hear everyone and their snoring. Bathroom amenities is nil, so pack all your own soaps and Kleenex. The 7-11 in the shared parking lot is your only option within walking distance for any last minute supplies.

The bed is very frail, you move around and it makes a lot of noise. The hallways had dirty boots from the guests on the outside of their room doors. Tied up trash bags on the doors as well. Looked more like an apartment complex rather than a hotel. You get what you pay for, literally.

Hotel is suppose to be smoke free, but people were smoking weed and cigarettes in the room which lead in our air vents. Our bathroom was filled with smoke scent and was horrible. The shower did not have hot water. The handle on the toilet was broken so I had to lift the lid to flush the toilet. Will not recommend to anyone and will not stay at any wood Springs again
