"My room was fine, clean but had some issues. One of the bedside lamps did not work. The refrigerator was loud. The a/c unit was even louder with a very bad vibrating racket. I had to turn off the unit to sleep.
The elevator was a bit dirty with grafitti on the inside door and cracked tiles on the floor.
The breakfast was toast, cereal, or pancakes. No juice, no bagels or muffins, no yogurt, no eggs, no bacon or sausage. Not good at all. It was basically starch on a paper plate."
"The property was breathtakingly beautiful. We were greeted by smiling staff with a glass of champagne to be shown around the main house. Our room was just steps from the lobby and dining areas which was convenient, however, we did have to keep the blinds drawn most of the time as all our windows (including the bathroom) faced the front parking lot. Additionally, this did not provide the most privacy as the doors/walls are very thin so you can hear most anything outside your room. It was quiet, however, so we were not very bothered by outside noises.
The food was just exquisite. Breakfast service was immaculate, we really enjoyed the Eggs Florentine. Dinner service was so enjoyable. Our waitress was bubbly, humorous, and made the experience even more special. We enjoyed Chef Dayn’s attention to detail and creativity within each dish. The baby fennel salad was something I couldn’t have even dreamed of, every bite gave a different experience for your palate. I enjoyed the wine pairing as well. The gave ample time between courses to savor and take a breath. The coconut Bavarian dessert ended the night off just perfectly, it was so thoughtful and refreshing.
I am eager to come back to visit for each of the seasons to experience not only the property in all its glory, but the cuisine as well. Thank you so much for the exceptional experience, we will certainly be back and have already recommended to friends + family. "
"This was the first time we’ve stayed here- really amazing. The property is huge. It really is like a small village! Staff is exceptional. Rooms are nice and beds compfy. Cannot recommend enough-"
