"Wonderful stay at this amazing hotel! Perfect location and beautiful beach. Room was super clean and very spacious. Breakfast buffet was amazing and lunch at the private beach restaurant was phenomenal. Fantastic and friendly staff, with a special thank you to Emilia and Wissel! Can't wait to be back. "I didn't like the fact that the beach has only been accessible during the opening hours and that one had to reserve a spot a day before or more (deck chair and umbrella) and that one had to pay for that (EUR 36 for 2 during low season) for the whole day. I would like to go the beach for 1-2 hours in the morning, enjoy the sunrise, leave for a bit, have some fun during the day elsewhere and then maybe spend again time at the beach if I feel like it. And I wouldn't mind to bring my own towel and lay on the sand but unfortunately, that is not possible in the whole village."

"Excellent in all aspects. Cant rate this holiday village highly enough. Definite 10 out of 10 all round. All staff amazing. Room spacious. Restaurant exceptional Pool fantastic. Had an amazing and relaxing family stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to go back jn the future."

"When we arrived asked about parking. Told there was a location nearby but had to wait over an hour for somebody to arrive to show us where the location was. The space was an underground car space that was very difficult to park in as the space was very tight and had to reverse all way out up a ramp to get out of. On check out tried to charge us €20 for parking having mentioned nothing at check in. Advice park car nearby yourself"

"I put the hotel name in my SatNav, it took me to a blocked street. I got out, walked around, eventually finding the hotel. At the hotel, check-in was poor, I got my car, came back and was met by somebody who, well, did nothing. I joined a long queue of elderly folk settling their accounts, and once at the front, the guy who did nothing then seeks to check me in - after I have waited.... The room had AC, but could only go as low as 19C, so it took a long time to cool, the room was hot & sticky. So sticky I took my shirt off and sat on the bed with my laptop on my knee to work. I could not get the WiFi to work, so had to hotspot via my cellphone. During this time, my naked back was against the bed's headboard which had a foam/plastic covering. When I moved, this stuck to me, peeling off the headboard, I had to scrape it off my back! When I checked out I spoke of these things to the reception.....they laughed at me."

"What a horrible experience!!! The director was terribly unhelpful. I contacted the hotel to ask to change my dates as l was unwell and couldn’t travel they refused to help me. I also contacted hotels.com in America and they rang the hotel to ask for a date change too and they were refused. My single room was like a broom cupboard and honestly should be a store room for the cleaning ladies as it was so small old and outdated. The floor was dirty there were cigarette butts and rubbish under the bed. The phone was broken. The rubbish bin was disgusting - see photo. No fridge or mini bar. The wardrobe was from the 50’s and the shower and hand basin were terrible. It was noisy and uncomfortable. The director offered me a free drink WOW even that was bad an old flat bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast was terrible the eggs inedible no fresh bread. And l was charged €10 for my dog. A disgrace and l will never return."
