"Breakfast was good "

"Our room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed listening to the birds and having a cup of coffee on our deck before going for breakfast. We were unable to walk to brkfst or dinner at Jaguar because my husband was experiencing severe back and leg pain. There are so many activities to enjoy there! Jarvis kindly picked us up each morning and returned us to our cabin. He was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. Victor always made us feel special and always had a smile on his face. Lies went out of her way to help us our entire stay. We feel we've made new friends. Others that were helpful and kind were Arturo and Bismark. Buena Vista Del Rincon is a special resort with magnificent views and so much to offer. We wish we'd been physically able to enjoy them more. We'll be back. "

"Wonderful location (a bit remote, but worth it!) and very gracious staff! My family enjoyed our stay here so much and will remember it for years. We especially enjoyed the monkeys, horseback riding, and the food!"

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. It’s a gorgeous property with wonderful people. Just a slight hiccup when checking in. Only one person working, others were in the area, but no one could help. Another check in person would help as the trip up to the hotel is long and bumpy. Luis was not friendly or helpful. "

"Check-in was great, they confirmed it was me and gave me my key, maybe less than 1 minute after the person arrived! Parking is fine, there are spaces in front of the hotel and also across the street they have a lot for the hotel. My room was fine, slight problem with toilet running (which I told them so I presume it's fixed) and this room's suicide shower was ok but not as good as the room I had in my previous stay. Restaurant will definitely work on what you want to eat, friendly. Yes, I would stay there again! "

"Honestly, Senora Elma was amazing to my children and I. Although many of the staff we encountered did not speak our language, they were patient with us and did not make us feel uncomfortable. There are many attractions close by, as well as food options. Breakfast is included, ans they were willing anf able to accommodate us with our plant-based meals. The pool was not avaolable for use, but there were so many other things to do. The staff even offered to take us to the attractions. Please note that Lunch and dinner are not included, and there are no prices listed, so ask in advance. Also, please meals are not made to order- you get what is being made for that meal at that time, so everything is fresh!"
