Por culpa de Expedia no aparecĆ­a nuestra reserva (segĆŗn dijo un empleado) habĆ­a un problema informĆ”tico y no habĆ­an cargado bien las reservas. No nos gustĆ³ la habitaciĆ³n no habĆ­a percheros, nos encontramos un vaso lleno de colillas en la terraza, la limpieza de los muebles no fue la mejor. La zona de la piscina estaba sucia...un matojo de pelos y tiritas usadas en el borde de la piscina de los niƱos, la papeleras estaban llenas, hasta que no se lo dije a alguien de recepciĆ³n no mandaron a alguien a recogerlas....dejando las tiritas y los pelos sin limpiar, una hamaca estaba llena de patatas fritas de algĆŗn cliente guarro, un vaso de mini lleno de colillas de tabaco en medio del paso a las piscinas. En el paso de la cafeterĆ­a a la piscina se cayĆ³ un helado de chocolate a alguien poniendolo todo perdido y que nadie limpiaba. En resumen deberĆ­an quitarle al menos dos estrellas a dicho hotel. Marina D'or estaba fatal conservado...estanques de peces del parque cercano a la playa lleno de suciedad, vasos, colillas, mascarillas, botellas, plĆ”sticos....no se lo recomiendo a nadie!!!

ENCANTADA CON ESTE HOTEL

La estancia ha sido muy positiva, habitaciĆ³n muy limpia y bien cuidada, comida muy variada y de buena calidad, atenciĆ³n del personal muy positiva. La Ćŗnica pega es que las placas donde ponen las bandejas de comida no mantienen bien la calor y en varias ocasiones tenia que utilizar el microondas para calentarla.

Some of the staff are rude especially in the dining room where the floor is so slippery itā€™s all you can do to try not slip over with a plate of food that you have had to try to get while being pushed out of the way by young kids and their parents! Check in took way too long and there was queues of people was ridiculous.

Very outdated and basic room. Air conditioning was broken, shower drain was broken, pool had black mold on tile, check in kines were long and process very slow. Was expensive dor what you got. Area is uniqueā€” like a ceoss between wanna be Disney and Vegas. Hotel was close to the beach which was nice. I would not stay there again

Stressful Cafeteria Style Buffet

Weekend with my significant other and my 10 year old daughter. The hallways where the rooms are reminded me of a hospital! And because of the indoor pool and spa, it smelt of chlorine which added to the hospital vibe. I've been to many 4 star hotels and I would say this one is not up to par with the standard I was expect. The rooms have no personality, it feels very institutional. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. I dreaded meal times, they were stressful! It felt like walking into a school cafeteria: lots of people, lots of noise, sometimes people spilled some of the food off their plates or children would spill their drinks as they were walking around the buffet, just a lot of commotion! I guess it is to be expected at a resort built around amusement parks! My daughter had a blast though, which was the point of the weekend, I suppose.

estaba todo bastante bien, las vistas de la habitaciĆ³n inmejorables, la limpieza muy bien, la ubicaciĆ³n del hotel lo mejor, fuimos con un descuento del 25% asĆ­ que el precio al final muy bueno, solo una pega iba con media pensiĆ³n y del desayuno no esperaba gran cosa, pero si del a cena y nos defraudĆ³ bastante, un hotel de esta categorĆ­a no puede tener un bufett tan malo, todo frĆ­o, mal cocinado y poca variedad, la verdad es que las dos noches cene muy mal. no se como consienten perder categorĆ­a con un bufett tan pĆ©simo

Problemas de direccion.

Hotel con falta de mantenimiento y limpeza en general. Trabajadores mui simpaticos, una pena, Creo que erros de direccion.
