"Price point was excellent! Room was nice. Breakfast was basic but staff was great at keep in supplied with bagels, eggs etc. Sadly, our "neighbors " were noisy and inconsiderate late at night. No answer when I called to complain. "

"I personallyl love this property. It is the best hotel in the Ooltewah area and close to SAU. My family and I traveled for our family's graduation and we were able to stay there as a family and enjoy the amenities. Restaurant, breakfast, fire pit. Staff is great and the rooms are top notch. "Clean room,Awesome staff.parking is decent. Customer please be aware there is NO ELEVATOR in this hotel. So just be mindful where your room is,as too where the stairs are."

"The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!"
