"The hotel itself is dated; however, the staff was pleasant, the room was clean, it was quiet and they were very welcoming to my small dog. When I asked a question to the staff, it was addressed quickly. I would stay here again. Another bonus is that their parking lot backs up to the parking lot for Cracker Barrel with some tall trees in between to give it some privacy, but it was so convenient. You could just walk through the trees to get to something to eat without having to drive if that's what you wanted."

"Was not to happy cleaning needed help in hair in the freezer, soap dish ,no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the shower containers the pool was not maintained cloudy and dirty afraid to get in . Just cleaning level bad and shower bar hanging on by a thread needs help ."

"After reading reviews, I decided to take a chance and book for a softball tournament my daughter was having down the street. I arrived very late due to a long drive. My first impression was that the parking lot was sketchy and I honestly should have turned around and left before entering the hotel because it only got worse. The elevator sounds like it’s going to break any moment. The room was technically clean but the entire hotel smells like food, extremely pungent and overwhelming. I’m sensitive to scent and it was awful, the kind that immediately sticks to you. I wasn’t staying here with my daughter. I asked for a refund and offered to pay for the one night and split with them. They refused any refund as they believe they offered a solution. I ultimately understand their policy so not complaining about that… I know I am not entitled to one but hoped they would be reasonable. It’s more to warn people to not stay here. The reviews are misleading and inaccurate. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the two dozen other hotels in the area."

"Spent one night. This hotel was convenient to some plans we had the next day. The price was right too. WE were not looking for luxury. The room was nice and clean. Staff helpful. The free breakfast was the usual motel/hotel fare. Not a deal breaker, but the elevator had a weird number system.....Read the sign in the elevator.....our room was 300 something, but you had to push #2 floor and we were on the 2nd floor. The rooms on the 1st floor were numbered in the 200's. There was a lower level and I guess they were the ones in 100's...??? You had to pay attention or you'd end up on the wrong floor."
