This hotel has a great location close to downtown, the bus stop, and across the street from a grocery store.The room was comfortable, and breakfast was very good.

Great location and easy parking. The room was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable and we could hear every move made by the person in the room next to us. The free wifi didn’t work in most of the hotel. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, the woman at the front desk however, was not very welcoming and made me feel like I was bothering her when when asking questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dolomiti Madonna! The hotel was clean, and the service was friendly. Breakfast was included and served from 07:30 to 09:30. It included muesli, yogurt, pastries, bread with a large selection of spreads, fruit, juices, eggs, and other drinks available to order. The hotel also provided a QR code for a local bus pass, local train pass, and pool pass, which was a wonderful surprise and could be used an unlimited number of times during our stay at no extra charge. The hotel is a short walk from the bus stop, Seceda cable car office and a number of restaurants. A nice grocery store was across the street. It was in the perfect location for us, as we did not have a vehicle. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay

This is the second year I have stayed at this hotel, and I really like it. Rooms are very nice, the breakfast and dinner are very good, and the service is good. The location is excellent, being just a short walk from the bus stop and downtown. The only improvement I would make to the room is to add a small refrigerator and hot water kettle, so you can make your own coffee or tea in the room.

Nice family owned hotel in retrostyle . Confortable hotel and personalized service in the historical Citi center of Ortisei Distance to to the slopes about 150 m. The food is delicious

Beautiful older hotel in Ortisei in traditional style. Very clean and helpful staff, fee also got us free entry to local pool. Would be nice to have a jug and maybe a small fridge in the room but apart from that no complaints, very reasonably priced for the area

The room is big. The location is convenient. The staff is amazing. My car was broken after checking out. I was in a trouble to communicate with the rental company by English since the staff of the rental company spoke poor English. Fortunately, a male staff of the hotel reception took over and communicated with the rental company by Italian. Otherwise, the problem could not be solved efficiently. For the room, it is better to install a curtain to the bath tub so that the water will not be spreaded over the floor.

Great location in Ortisei

This hotel is great on location for the price. We were very comfortable and didn’t mind the old style tub with no curtain. Plenty of room (standard double) and a nice breakfast. Parking is tight behind the building, but it wasn’t high season so we always found a spot.

Staff was exceedingly polite and helpful. Old World charm mixed with comfort. Breakfast had the best scrambled eggs I have ever had combined with delicious pastries. Very good walkable location in town. Cozy room, enjoyed sitting on the balcony. When in Ortisei this will be my place to stay.

Centrally Located and Affordable

A good basic option close to the centre, staff helpful and friendly. The shower in my room lacked curtain/screen, which made it tricky not to get water all over the floor, but the view of the mountains more than made up for it. Good breakfast.

Standard Tirolean decor that you expect. Which is nice but some updating required. Eg hallway carpets. Hotel ensuite was large, effective and clean but fixtures were old and there was no shower rail over the bath. So that caused some water ingress. Tasty basic breakfast but found out you could request eggs on last day. We weren’t told. Staff were competent but did the bare minimum interaction. Middle aged Reception chap was always chatty. Hotel bar lacked atmosphere but drinks were very tasty.
