從我發表後,起算至少一年入住(飯店正前方在蓋大樓)

個人建議:一年內千萬別去住,房間隔音超差,而正前方距離大約8米的地方正在蓋大樓(才正在挖地下室),剛去時房間完全沒打掃,上一個房客留下大量的垃圾,情急之下用FB請他來打掃,大約半小時後才來,很隨便的清一下就離開了.我完全沒得到任何道歉及補償. Pros:Large Room Space and close to Dotonbori. Cons: (1)The sound-proof effect of the room is very terrible. (2)In the front of the room, there is a construction plan just beginning.(The base room just starts digging) (3)After self check-in, i found large trash left, they didn't clean it at all. It waste my time trying to connect with them myslef and ask to landlord to clean the room immediately. (4)Four days terrible experience, and the landlord didn't compensate anything.

Decepção

Para começar o endereço na confirmação da reserva está incompleto. Eles enviaram um email com o resto do endereço 4 horas antes do check-in. Sem ler o email andamos o bairro todo, de madrugada e não achamos o flat, pois o nome não é dotonbori room e é bem longe de dotombori. Tivemos que dormir a primeira noite em outro hotel. O wi-fi não funciona. Resumindo, uma enganação.

여기 써져있는 후기보단 괜찮았다 냄새나는거는 공기청정기 돌리고 화장실 환풍기 틀어놓고 닫으면 냄새 안남 하지만 저녁때 시끄러움 잠귀예민한 사람은 귀마개 준비하시길

Very bad experience , the worst ever ! Bad location I got no mail to know how to be there , and the staff never ask till I was there and called overseas calling , they don't even care about customers Not really clean inside, dusts and hairs everywhere , you might be confused is it ever been cleaned before

找不到的『飯店』

當初想要訂的飯店是「道頓堀飯店」Dotonbori Hotel, 輸入時同時也出現了「難波道頓堀飯店」，當下覺得是同一家。直到我們人已經到達「道頓堀飯店」櫃檯才告知我們訂的不是這一間⋯只好馬上查詢「難波道頓堀飯店」的地址，再仔細一看發現比較像是民宿，根本不應該出現在Hotel.com! Hotel.com上「難波道頓堀飯店」給的地址並不正確，我們在街道上提著行李在寒冷的天氣中找了一個小時還找不到，因在日本，Hotel.com頁面上僅顯示台灣客服電話，導致根本無法聯繫(出國謹申辦網路)．．．．． 我們也試著在導航的地點(道頓堀商圈十字路口正中心)附近詢問當地人，當地人皆搖頭沒聽過，甚至地址都沒看過．．．． 由於地址無法導航至該地點，也無正確聯絡方式，我們臨時入住其他飯店，這個經驗實在太差，經詢問Hotel.com因為該『民宿』地址確實存在，因此無法退款，讓我們白白損失4萬多台幣(6晚)，且業者也無退款意願．．．．．． 所以敬告想訂購此間『民宿』的用戶們，如果想訂的話，請先行衡量自身有沒有辦法找到正確的地址吧。

위치가다릅니다

무료취소기간 끝나고서야 숙소찾는 방법 메일이왔는데 싸이트에 나와있는위치랑 숙소위치가달라서 놀랬습니다 왜 위치가 다른지도 설명하지않고 왜 다르냐니까 싸이트에는 메인주소로해놔서그렇다고만하고... 저는 도톤보리랑가까워서 예약을한건데ㅡㅡ 이렇게 위치가다를꺼면 미리얘기를해줘야하는거아닌가요...? 도톤보리는 20분도 넘게 걸리고 가까운전철역도 7~8분이상걸어가야있어서 상당히 위치적으로 불편했어요;;;; 와이파이도 기계비밀번호다지워져서 쓸 수도없고;;;;;

非常糟糕!訂房網站並沒有提供準確的飯店地址根本無法找到住宿的地方.訂房網站的服務人員也給了錯誤的地址. 最讓我覺得誇張的是一間民宿卻使用跟道頓堀酒店一模一樣的中文名稱試圖混淆消費者! 然而在無法提供正確的飯店位置之後也無法代替消費者與房東溝通讓訂房者可以減少損失. 這次訂房網站所提供的服務糟糕至極!! 甚至連評價也不準確!評價連結的幾乎都是道頓堀酒店,而非訂房網站上所顯示的道頓堀飯店

위치는 좋지만 프론트가 없어 불편

위치는 좋으나, 자유여행을 하는 1박 숙박자로서 이용하기에는 별로인듯합니다. 원룸스타일인데.. 안락함이 없었고, 주인이 없으니 트렁크를 맡길 수도 없어서 체크아웃시 무조건 짐을 가지고 이동해야 하는 불편함이 있었습니다.

チェックイン時、前泊者のその未実施、ユニットバス排水口が汚れでいっぱいシャワー使えず、テレビあっても映らず、物紛失。

鄰近道頓崛，步行約2分鐘即可抵達；步行至地鐵站也不到5分鐘，具備交通便利、購物方便之利；有消夜習慣的話，隔壁就有LAWSON；

地點位置超好的,地鐵日本橋六號出口到飯店只要五分鐘,離黑門市場近.有小型廚房可烹煮食物.方便又乾淨的飯店,唯對面正在施工蓋大樓,早上易被施工噪音吵醒.....

도톤보리역에서는 비교적 가까웠으나 주변이 시끄러운편이고 하수구냄새가 많이 났다

청소피가 너무나 비싼데도 먹는 물 한병 없고 화장실 하수구냄새가 심하다. 다시 가고 싶지않다.

Not a hotel!

This is not a hotel. This is basically an air BnB. It should not be listed on this website. It's a tiny room, but has everything you need, bed, bathroom, kitchenette. It is SUPER convenient to visit Dontonbouri, and is only a couple blocks from the subway station. The owner was overly communicative leading up to the stay. You can hear anything happening in the alley though. Loud drunk people, construction, traffic, etc.

Noisy & not good window cover

It's large area than my expected. It's clean & tidy. However, ambulance frequently sound in the morning and it's opposite the constructing site, they work at around 7am. Can u image how the noise that producted ? Also, the winder cover of both window cannot hide the light. The bed direction is face to the window. I wake up everyday 5 am because of the light.
