Beautiful hotel, like stepping into the past. There is some wear and tear noticeable in some spots on walls and in the elevator, but nothing major. Architecture is gorgeous. Honestly, everything stood out to me, as a positive experience. Friendly staff that answer you promptly, a full apartment downtown at a reasonable rate, great views of the city.... Great stay.

Kasa South Side Pittsburgh
Location to restaurants was great. Elevator was out of order in the parking garage the whole time and had to walk the stairs twice a day. For a week we were there.
