"When booking on Expedia, no mention of pool closed for maintenance. Could hear it on the 4th floor, drilling. And no mention of parking either. Said covered on their website. Not covered. The did make good with refunding the parking and gave us a free breakfast buffet. The buffet was not good, barely any eggs and what was left was dried out and rubbery. Sausages greasy and had a terrible taste. Waitress made sure to leave a $0 bill with a smiley face and wrote tip. Room clean and had everything we needed. When I addressed some issues with staff at first, very blahhhze. Fixed after on phone for 1 hour with expedia. They are renovating hotel. Just be forth coming with what you are offering."

"Everything was perfect! I had the best sleep and enjoyed the pool and hot tub! I just wish there was a nice restaurant near by so I wouldn’t have to drive more. I would book again for sure!!!"

"There was supposed to be a pool and hot tub but the hot tub was “temporarily closed for maintenance”. When we checked in the receptionist told us “it might be fixed by this evening”. After speaking with another guest who regularly stays at this hotel, he said that she lies. The hot tub has been out of order for months and she keeps telling people that it will be fixed “later today” every time someone checks in. Our room was not clean. Neither were the hallways. The toilet barely flushed, the sink was all or nothing (every time we turned the water on it was so forceful it splashed all over us and we could not adjust it to have lower pressure). The room was incredibly hot. We turned on our air conditioning and it would only cut in for a few minutes at a time so we were unable to cool the room down. The gym had 2 treadmills but only 1 worked (and it would make an incredibly loud banging sound when I ran on it). I am very disappointed in this hotel. Sandman should be embarrassed to have their name on this property. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is attached to Denny’s which served a great breakfast - however, we should’ve received a $40 voucher which the receptionist failed to supply for us so we paid full price for our meal."

"A nice option to park and fly. However, if flight comes in late at night, would be a nice option to allow at least an hour or two later checkout. My family was there less than 12 hours and would have appreciated the opportunity to sleep more"

"This was a great location and place to stay for 2 nights in Saskatoon. Really like the renovations they have done especially to the restaurant. Appreciated the free and secure parking lot, very comfortable beds, quiet. Pool and hot tub rarely busy and very clean. Would stay again. Only disappointment was the airport shuttle didn’t run on holidays "
