Very good for the price that was charged. Location couldn't be better. Right in front of the opera house and super close to the Central station.

Unfortunately we found this hotel not being on a safe place, they had a homeless shelter across the street and in the evening from the lobby you could see them doing drugs and acting up, very sad picture for a foreign visitor. The noise coming from the other rooms or the outside was annoying and it was hard to sleep at night. The shower was so small and messy, there was water all over when you used it. Not enough towels to dry the floor after taking a shower or at least a rug ! No A/C in the room it was warm at night this you had to open the windows and the noise was loud. The staff was not friendly at all, not a warm welcoming no explanations of anything but just the breakfast schedule. Only the man that spoke Portuguese during the breakfast time he was really nice. The lobby are was kind of dirty with a trash can that was always full of trash. I’m not the one to always complain but this time I have to, I graduated in Tourism from Costa Rica long time and the standards for service are very demanding in my country. This should be for every country. You want to invite your tourist to come back to visit your town and stay at your hotel again and again not only for the accommodations but also for the hospitality of your staff. I liked Oslo but I think next visit I will look for a safer and a more friendly place. One good thing I have to mention is that the breakfast was really good we really enjoyed it!

This was a really nice property with a giant bunk bed. It was really comfy and the shower was great. There are a lot of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. The staff was also very friendly and helped us figure out where to spend our time in Oslo. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well.

Easy check in, staff were friendly, with buffet breakfast and gym. Though room was little but comfy bed. Property is in the middle of all landmarks you wish to visit

3 star hotel did everything it said on the tin; comfortable, cheap and convenient enough for a return visit sometime. Wish there was a fridge in the room (although if you get a room with a balcony on 8 as I did, just pop the grub outside for a bit!). Overall, good for the price.

We stayed 2 nights here, we liked the family room locates at the corner of the building, nice street view from our room. Breakfast was good, we skipped the second breakfast because we checked out early. We did not know that The hotel has a policy that room cleaning is on the 4th day only unless we would agree to pay 100 local money to have our room cleaned.

Very central and good location. Good breakfast, Helpful and very friendly staff. Narrow twin beds not suited to average person’s sleeping sideways. Can be a shade irritating in the presence of possible drunken persons shouting during night at crossroads.

Small but comfortable - good location.
We selected a compact room and it was tiny so would recommend getting a bigger room. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and breakfast outstanding. It was very close to the train station, main street and opera house. Lots of place to eat and things to see. Sitting room in the foyer was comfortable which we used seeing the room was so small.

Great location with all the amenities
Great convenient location near the central station and only short walk from the opera house and the Munch museum. The shower cubicle is a bit small but overall it is comfortable stay. It is clean and has all the amenities needed for a short stay.

Disappointed. Room allocated showed signs of dust and hair in corners. Bed creaked and for family room had no storage beyond a metal frame with several hangers. No additional pillows and we had not been advised of construction immediately outside the internal window. Shower door broken which them soaked floor, no spare toilet rolls and hair dryer from the 70’s was stained and broken. air vent didn’t work so everything was steamed up forever and left feeling damp.

The location is amazing for public transportation and walking in the heart of Oslo. The night view of the Opera House from the lobby is stunning. Will stay again there.

Everything was great except the bed. Super light frame, very firm and noisy bed. Heated bathroom floors! Small shower space.

Stayed one week in two rooms. Grandma in one room And med and GF and kids in a bigger one. It was fantastic to love in such a nice hotell så closenro everything .. så the location and service from ALL the employees from recieptionisr, chef, servants, respectful with my mothers . Excellent Hotel
Location 7 Minutes walk from Oslo S (Oslo Central Station) Tram and Bus stops close by for all the attractions. Many restaurants/take aways within 5-10 minutes walk. Check In Process I could check in Online and use self service to collect my hotel room access card Room I was in room 205 which was quite spacious for a central location. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The toilet floor was heated. There were 2 english channels out of which one was sky news. Breakfast The breakfast is excellent and complimentary. I have stayed in many 3 star hotels in the past and the breakfast options in this hotel is by far the best. Check Out Process Very quick and efficient.

Great stay
Great location, easy walk from train station. Quick and easy to check-in in and out. Breakfast good, with plenty of choice. Room large and clean. One of the most comfortable beds, ive stayed in. Only negative. I found the room too cold and could not warm it up. Bathroom large and warm. Would stay here again.
