Hôtel très bien situé à proximité des centres d'intérêts d'Oslo. Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et très bon, les plats salés pourraient être un peu plus chaud. La chambre standard n'est pas très grande avec seulement un lit pour se poser.

Bra!!

Väldigt enkelt att checka in och ut, ren lobby och väldigt bra frukost buffé! Man får det man betalar för och inga som helst problem med boendet. Daglig städning finns tillgänglig och möjligheten att komma in i hotellet trots sent in på natten var enkelt!

Great Hotel In Great Location

Really nice hotel with a comfortable room and very good breakfast. All the staff were very nice and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is also in a great location in the centre of town.

Très bien placé à Karl Johan. Central pour visiter Oslo, à proximité du métro et des principaux points d’intérêts accessible facilement à pieds ou transport en commun. Chambre et salle de bain un peu petite néanmoins. La chambre n’a pas était faite en entier le jour où on n’avait demandé le cleaning.

Cuidado ao pegar Uber em Oslo

O quarto era grande. O café da manhã bom. Localização da excelente. Porém tivemos um incidente ocorrido na saída. Saímos às 4;30h para pegar o trem para aeroporto, na recepção perguntaram se queríamos taxi, respondemos pedimos Uber. Para nossa surpresa apareceu um táxi na porta do hotel oferecendo levar. Informamos que pedimos Uber. O Uber chegou e o motorista do táxi falou com ele algo que não entendemos. O Uber então se negou a nos levar, disse que não aceitava as malas porque era Uber X. Eu insisti pois pedimos Uber X na Europa inteira e nunca tivemos problema. Ofereci levar malas no colo se precisasse, estávamos com horário apertado. Ele se negou a abrir o porta malas. Filmei tudo e vou colocar aqui. O taxista vendo tudo e se oferecendo para levar, eu não aceitei e pedi novo Uber black. Tive que cancelar a primeira viagem e foi cobrada. O segundo uber chegou muito lento e estranho, parecia assustado olhando ao redor. Ele rodou muito pelas ruas e demorou para nos deixar na estação, que fica 10 min a pé do hotel. Só não fomos puxando as mala porque minha amiga não queria. Quando chegamos na estação o motorista muito lento retirando as malas e podíamos ver que era de propósito. Comecei a ajudar a retirar as malas e ele me repreendeu severamente, super ríspido, disse que o carro era dele e eu não podia pegar a malas. Achei tudo muito estranho, pois estou acostumada a pegar Uber pela Europa. Percebi que há algum acordo ou pacto entre eles. Isso foi decepcionante em Oslo.
