Mooie locatie in de bergen op korte afstand van centrum Oslo. Olympische skischans dichtbij. Jammer dat 3e slaapplaats niet al in de kamer was en later alsnog werd gebracht. Ook niet uitgestald en opgemaakt. Past niet bij de rest van de beleving van hotel. Personeel erg vriendelijk. In restaurant daarnaast kundig en met de juiste snelheid. Parkeren relatief duur.

Great location for a getaway out of the city center, but transportation is an issue for tourists, and food choices are non-existent. The hotel serves the same food the entire week. When booking Expedia wrongly mentioned it was close to the city center

Na jedem wir drei Mal nach Check in das Zimmer gewechselt haben, hatten wir dann endlich eins gefunden. Beim ersten gab es kein warmes Wasser. Beim zweiten war das Wasser wärmer, aber nicht zum duschen geeignet und die Klimaanlage über dem Bett rauschte so laut, dass man nicht schlafen hätte können. Im dritten Zimmer war dann soweit alles in Ordnung. Alle Zimmer waren jedoch nicht so sauber und in die Jahre gekommen. Überall lagen Haare auf dem Teppich. Und dann hatten wir auch noch in der zweiten Nacht einen Feueralarm und mussten um 0:45 Uhr aus dem Hotel raus. Kurze Zeit später durften wir wieder rein. Hier hätten wir uns irgendeine Information gewünscht. Es gab nichts, nicht mal ein Mitarbeiter war zu sehen. Die Lage im Wald ist sehr schön und ruhig.

The hotel is located outside of Oslo on top of a hill with amazing views. The parking is free. The breakfast is very diverse and served in a huge buffet style. The check-in was fast and efficient, too us 2 minutes to check in at reception. The hotel is very clean and spacious. The décor is not very modern but it looks aesthetically pleasant.

Holmenkollen weekend

Dålig service o inte tillmötesgående, bokade hotellet för att dom har pool och varit där förut med min son som då var åtta och badade på kvällen, som nu är tretton och fick inte bada på kvällen. Barnmenyn bestod av endast korv eller hamburgare och kostade runt 170 nkr. Frukost var undermålig, då frallorna var stenhårda och ett par dagar gamla, scrambel eggen var sur. Positiv var att rummen var rymliga och världens goaste sängar.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber renoviertes Hotel mit Charme. Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Spektakuläre Ausblicke. Wunderbar oben am Berg/Hügel gelegen, umgeben von Wald gelegen. Weitläufig mit viel Ambiente. Freundliches Personal. Kostenloses Parken, e-Ladestationen. Ca. 15 min Fußweg bis zur Metro. Empfehlenswert.

Billederne på hjemmesiden er gode i forhold til virkeligheden. Vi havde bestilt dobbeltværelse, men fik kun 1 almindelig dyne. Badeværelset var ret gammelt og slidt, og mangelfulde løsninger i badeværelset. Ellers god mad og sødt personale.

Mangler lige det sidste

Et fint hotel dog mangler rengøring lidt på værelset (meget støv forskellige steder) og restauranten (dinner) er for dyr. Min burger var total smagsløs og da de ikke havde det burgerbrød de plejer at bruge sagde jeg ok til andet brød, men fik ikke nogen nedslag i prisen. Brødet var 2 skiver toastbrød. Det var lidt ubehagelige sådan som en af tjeneren stod og hold øje med os mens vi spiste. Morgenmad mangler de noget ordentligt brød men ellers et godt udvalg.

Godt hotel, dårlig restaurant!

Hotellet ligger fantastisk, men er dog lidt aldrende efterhånden. Service I receptionen var god og venlig. I restauranten var det dog en anden sag. Man måtte ikke sidde med udsigt, på trods af at der kun var ét andet optaget bord - i hele restauranten! Og der kom ikke flere. Til morgenmaden var de ualmindeligt hurtige til at fjerne al mad kl. 09:15 uden lige at spørge om man skulle have noget - på trods af at de først stopper med servering 09:30. Det er desværre ikke et sted jeg kommer til at benytte igen.
