"Beautiful property on the lake. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Our biggest complaint was the restaurant. They were very understaffed. A drink took 45 minutes at the lounge. Food was mediocre. Minimal healthy/ clean options. They also told us it was happy hour when we arrived, but failed to mention that did not include drinks ordered by the pool. So we ordered cocktails by the pool and didn’t get happy hour pricing. Service overall was poor between the pool and the lounge. Other than that, location and property are amazing! I would still return. Loved having direct access to the lake and an outdoor pool. Hotel is about 5 minute drive from the main downtown osoyoos."
