"Room was clean however doors to outside do not seal allowing bugs and lizards to enter rooms from outside- this is not acceptable Counter tops are cracked and broken Doors to bathroom broken, room was changed for this complaint Breakfast was decent Pool area is dirty, chairs were dirty, pool was dirty with multiple types of debris, hot tub water was merky and not clear Elevators were filthy and buttons broken no inspection sign on one of them Needs updated for the price being charged Old motel converted "

"It took me asking 4 times to get an iron...they now charge for parking. The attendants were not very knowledgeable...and 6 follars for a cup of coffee is ridiculous. I have been here 5 times in 8 years, i will not come back to Doubletree Boca Raton. Very disappointing. "

"Room was clean and bed was most comfortable I've slept in in awhile, but You have to pay for the WiFi and the breakfast had hardly any options. Went to McDonald's instead. The hallway carpet had stains everywhere and my door was not on the hinges right, so I had to pull and close it with excessive force to open/close the door. Ice machines were out of order on every floor. Tv was nice quality though. Would not stay again."

"Front desk clerk was very professional! We had a reservation and checked in a little late. 9 pm. We were given an ADA room though we had no need for this type of room. Room was large however the bathroom was not great. They shower definitely had evidence from the previous guest clearly visible and shower floor and the curtain was short and water flooded the entire restroom floor due to no edge for shower entrance. Defiant safety issue for slipping and mold. Very concerning. Breakfast was minimal with a thick skin covering the oatmeal. Went with hard boiled eggs and yogurt. "

"Unfortunately, they were renovating. Banging, drilling and circular saws going most of the day. Kept me awake most of the evening. Replacing carpeting molding outside my door. Several ice machines inoperable. Nice gym. Clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Sadly would not recommend. "

"Nice enough hotel just getting old and biggest problem is that there is nothing around the hotel and u need a car if u stay there .. otherwise its fine "
