"Die freundliche Frau an der Rezeption zeigte uns zu Beginn, wo dass wir Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe von Palau finden, was wir super fanden. Für weitere Informationen war das Personal immer zu haben. Leider ist der Boiler während unserem Aufenthalt um 23:00 in der Nacht kaputt gegangen. Obwohl die Rezeption dann natürlich geschlossen war, hat uns das Personal in der Nacht super geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen. "

"Was waiting outside the property for more than 3 hrs. No one picked up the call until after 3 hrs. This was our 1st time travelling to aboard and it was the most scary experience as not many people speak English or understand. We thought we got scammed cuz when they 1st picked up the call they said we don’t have the booking on your name. We were with our bags and lagged outside looking for the property. "Giovanni, Sall and the staff were brilliant. The staff were very helpful at all times and very welcoming. If anyone is booking I would suggest booking a room with a balcony which is what we had overlooking the pool area. Breakfast was great and dinner was good particularly the mushroom risotto. My only feedback would that there needs to be more menu choice for those that have paid for half-board. Perhaps three options per course rather than just two. Overall a very nice stay for the two days that we were there."

"Our visit to Sardinia was very pleasant and the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel was nice Adeel was at the reception desk and the way he greeted us and shared the information was very pleasant and friendly After a long drive from Olbia airport to Palau our accommodation was quite lovely as we were able to check in fast and easy fashion The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the beach and the port of Palau The convenient location was a great spot for walking to the city center for shopping and dining. Also to enjoy the free beaches and to get to the ferry and enjoy the activities!!!!"

This hotel from top to bottom thought about all details at a high level. Loved the kids club giving adults time to adult, love the restaurants and the staff who treated everyone special, and loved the room. I can not wait to return! "

"Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids. "
