"Had the kitchen sink leak underneath and called front desk. They sent someone up to fix and it didn't take long. Tip I learned from friend, always flush the toilet and check plumbing before unpacking in case you need to change rooms.
Everything in the hotel was as expected according the pictures. Pull out sofa bed made 5 fit comfortably in the room.
10-15 mins away from Diane's bath and Echo lake. Right nearby Outlets."

"When we first arrived at check in they had us in a wrong room style for what we paid for on Expedia but they quickly fixed that up for us. We loved being on ground level with drive right up it was so convenient when travelling with 4 small kids. The pools were a hit and the hot tub! Breakfast was good in the morning. One morning they had no milk for cereal and a few other things missing but the next day it was refilled up. One guy that was working breakfast our last morning down at breakfast was amazing he was so friendly. The rooms weren't super clean as far as the dust on all baseboards and dirt on the bathroom floor like in the gaps and corners. It just seems like maybe the housekeepers don't have time to do a "full" clean of rooms. The bed looked slept in when we arrived but it was just because the blankets weren't tucked in completely and pillows just thrown on the bed and the table and chairs were messed up as well and not set in right places so it just looked like someone was in there and left. It was a good stay though and decent price so we would probably stay again :) a they had free coffee available in lobby and it was Starbucks and very yummy. It saved us from running to Dunkin' because the coffee at hotel was better. The front desk lady also went out of her way to give my niece a birthday surprise and we all thought that was so nice!!! The lobby was beautiful with lots of space to sit and hang out with your group. We ate supper one night there. "
"Staying at Lakeview House is like stepping back into the Victorian era, but with all the modern conveniences. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully appointed. If you’re a solo traveler or couple I highly recommend staying in one of the rooms at the front of the house (mine was room 9) - you can lay on the bed and look right out at Lake Winnipesaukee and the Ossippee mountains."
