"Superior Customer service, excellent amenities, comfortable room, owner/attendant accessible by phone/text during stay, fantastic breakfast options, and multiple pools and hot tub to relax in. I will stay there many times in the future solely based on the quality of Customer service and the accessibility of the owner/attendant during stay when I had questions."

"The bathroom in the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived and there was no use of the electrical outlets. We got moved to a new room and that room was just as dirty and more outlets and lights were not working in the room. Not all the staff was helpful in this matter. Some staff members were helpful and told us one thing In terms of compensation and the rest of the stuff, we’re not friendly about it. Did not enjoy my experience with the rooms at this resort but the rest of amenities were good"
