"The Hotel.com web advert for the Hotel is materially incomplete. After you have paid, you get a 1.5 page complex Message imposing Check In by Phone and an App as mandatory. It's illegal to impose mandatory extra conditions after paying. Also, even though the room is paid in full before arrival they add an additional "Reservation Hold" of $150 euro on your Card, and after you leave the say to "contact your bank to cancel it".
