"The family cabine we recieved was really dirty and unsanitary. The toilet seat had hair and per stains all over it and the shower door was full of hair. The second floor thats supposed to fit two people to sleep has barely place to fit the two beds and it’s impossible to stand there, theres literally no place for half the body to fit in the so called room. The warm water in the shower lasts for a 10 minutes shower, after that it’s freezing cold water. Whoever wanna shower has to wait one hour...

Excellent stay and location

"The location was very central. It was 20 minutes walking distance from Central Station. I was able to get where I wanted to go within 15 minutes. Room was clean. Staff was lovely and offered luggage storage in a locked room. It was seamless check-in and check-out. I did not participate but in the evenings, the lobby / bar area was buzzing although not packed quiet. Highly recommend!"

Great location, staff and breakfast!

"Hotel is very centrally located, right next to Arlanda express and close to central station. The breakfast was very nice, lots of juices/smoothies and variety of foods. Everything was as great except the ice machine wasn’t working and I was given conflicting information about where to get ice. Phone jack in room was loose, so phone only worked if I pushed the jack into the wall while on the phone. "

"Great hotel on a quiet street but walkable to everything. Close to public transport too. Included was a great breakfast, so many American and European breakfast options. Live music in the lobby and a great bar. Friendly staff. Only 1 issue - you had to unplug the bedside lamps to charge your phone at night as only 1 outlet next to the bed. "
