"The place was clean and had *almost* everything we needed. I thought the fridge would have a small freezer for our ice packs. We wanted to be able to pack a cooler bag for the day but had no way to keep our ice packs frozen. I also would have liked some basic instructions for the washer/dryer unit. We would definitely stay here again but we would choose a unit not so close to the hwy."

"one of the things that drew me to your property is the fact that you had a hoyer lift to help get my husband from his wheelchair into the pool. Problem is that the young lady working the front desk didn't know how to operate it. So I believe that your staff needs training. She kept telling me that when I checked in the pool is busy and it's quieter at 9am and I believe she was trying to not have to call her manager to ask how to work it."

"The staff were amazing. Very accommodating with our pet, and easy to talk to. Gave us places to eat and how to get around.It appears they are in the middle of some kind of Reno. The roofing was a little rough, our screen door didn’t close without pulling, the carpet didn’t seem clean, however the rest of the suite was alright. As far as amenities, no paper towel in the kitchen or Kleenex anywhere. Otherwise they were good. Property was pretty well kept up as mowing goes. Didn’t see litter around building. Bedding was clean and comfortable, towels were abundant. No central air but ac they had for the room kept us quite comfortable for the 98 and 96 very humid weather we had. I would recommend as the staff was awesome, the dog policy and fee were very reasonable and it was a good location to everything you could want to do in the area."

"The room was clean for the most part, shower needed a little more care. The bathroom was a little dated, and the water saving shower head was difficult at best. But the property overall qas great, loved the views from the deck and the open green space in back! Would have loved a fire pit though. I would go back!"
