Conveniently located right outside of the city walls, with ample parking. A walking path is right around the corner to walk up into the city without being exposed to traffic. Clean and comfortable, very welcoming. And enjoy the sunset on their private terrace.

Situated just on the outskirts of the old town of Ostuni with free parking and easy walking to the main areas. Room was nice with a comfortable bed. Lovely rooftop area where you could have a drink and admire the lovely views. Breakfast a little limited and no fruit or hot food available but on the whole a nice stay. Left a watch charger behind and hotel kindly let us know so we could go back and retrieve it.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. Critiques if interested were no coffee maker in room, very limited selection in mini fridge (1 each of water, bottle beer and kiwi drink- nothing else) and lastly shower space was dated and on the smaller size. However these didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves and would recommend this hotel.

Lovely building and great location with short walk up to town and close to a big grocery store. Good food in the restaurant and very nice to sit on their terrace for dinner. Also good breakfast with many variations. Negative was that it was hard to park when getting back late on the weekend since anyone could park there and the rooms where quite small, but had a nice view from the room to the sea and over olive trees.

Ideal location a short walk into the historic centre. Excellent breakfast (bread could have been better). Anyone staying more than one night (in which case I assume you will want to eat in the centre) should certainly try the restaurant. Excellent and much better value than restaurants in town. Excellent location just outside the old town walls a short but uphill walk into the main piazza that less mobile people may find difficult. Breakfast was not a 4 star experience although generally there was plenty to eat there was not enough attention to detail. There was bacon and scrambled egg but this was generally cold. The property overall is kept in good condition. Some of the mini fridge in the room should be updated. The room and bathroom were kept nice and clean, the towels were cleans. We did enjoy the small details, roll up towels, disposable slipper and hair cap. We got a window facing the ocean that was really neat. The continental breakfast Italian style was generous, less than 10 min walk to the lower piazza in the historic center, we would highly recommend. The only thing there is a construction near by for another hotel the noise was minimal in our opinion they work from 8 am to 4 pm. Which was the time we were out of our room anyway. We would highly recommend and we would stay here again.
