Ostuni is a beautiful city and this place is relatively close to the city center with lots to see and several places to get good food. The apartment could be great for a couple of couples, though I'd not want to be there with a one-, two-, or three-year-old because of the number and the height of (stone) stairs. Despite some plusses, I would not stay at this place again because of the number of hoops to jump through after already paying a refundable or non-refundable reservation fee: there is a whole new set of "terms" and "conditions" that must be accepted, beyond the somewhat reasonable expectations that Expedia/Orbits already has. Since there is no convenient parking near the rooms, think about parking a half-mile away, just outside the central city; or, if you like small-European narrow windy street driving challenges, you could drive up and drop off luggage, though there is no guarantee there's a place to leave your car while you're doing that.
