"The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was not having hot water one morning at 7:30am and the hotel staff being in denial about it. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay. The valet service was nice...he met us at the door and parked our car which was very welcome after the challenges encountered parking at other hotels. The room was pretty large (didn't care for the pillows, however), and it was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it."

"The location is amazing, right on top of a nice shopping centre and near everything you might need. Walkable distance to the train station. It is a bit tricky to find at first - there is no entry from the street, if you come through a courtyard there are multiple stairs you have to carry your luggage up, or once you know where the exit into the shopping centre is, you can avoid the stairs.
