"We didn’t even checked in.
There was no staff on the hall, communication via phone. They suppose to send a link via email which didn’t come fast, and we have to Leave. We didn’t have 30 minutes to do so. Taxi was waiting round the corner . They could not give room keys unless thst was done and we had to rush to hospital. It was last minute booking .
I still got full charged .
We would not recommend it. Bad service to check in ."

Furthermore, when I looked for customer services or a complaints procedure it was not available. I wi"
"We were there during Holy Week. Staff was stressed. Our room hasn't cleaned during our stay. The Via Verde is awsome, but the hotel is a locals type place "
"This little roadside stop is a gem. Not fancy, but the stay was super pleasant. Great supper and breakfast. Clean comfy bed. Room had heater you can control. Plenty of hot water and great pressure in the shower. It was an unexpected gem. Nice hospitality. "
