Front desk staff even under some pressure due to a large amount of people coming in at once and swip keys not working they handled it all great !

This hotel is slightly off the main beaten track but it was quiet, clean and the staff were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. The only thing I would change is to add more warm breakfast options.

We stayed one night in early December. Neds are comfortable, the room was clean, but definitely needs a refresh - lots of chipped paint around the door frames and the furnishings are tired looking. Also, while there’s a Keurig coffee maker, there’s no kettle in what was advertised as a full kitchen (plus, no oven)

From the moment I checked in until my check out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. The check and check in were smooth and I really enjoyed my three night stay while transferring from extended hospitalization and convalescence into my new apartment. The bed was very comfortable. As the hotel is only three blocks from my new residence it will be handy for family and friends who come to visit.
