Room was next to parking lot where people were partying, I called multiple times as it was so loud and smoke filled room even with windows closed. They moved me finally at 12am, but very terrible experience.

Hotel was ok ,located in a pretty run down area, 1 restaurant to eat at which was in the basement of the hotel but the food was pretty good. some of the guest were pretty sketchy. Oh decent gym with modern equipment.

Friendly staff, upgraded my room since their King size room is under renovation. Good location, very close to the highway and the room is quiet. Free parking! Great experience, recommend.

Rooms didn’t feel clean. Hair in the bed, shower, and in the towels. Hallways were very loud. But front desk were very nice and AC/heating was good. Bed 3/5.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel for 2 nights stay. This time, the place has been somewhat renovated. The room we stayed at was partially refaced with floors and fresh paint. Newer bed frame and other room furnitures. Love this place because it’s in a quieter area but can easily access downtown Ottawa. The only negative thing I can say about is that bathroom was lacking exhaust as the room is a regular size. I do recommend staying at this place especially for a short stay.

I felt a vibration all night in the bed. Was not able to understand where it was coming from, maybe the heater or the fridge. The rooms in this hotel are usually fine, maybe that particular room had an issue. The coffee machine is not accessible from the back to fill the tank and there is no water bottle in the room to make a coffee...strange. Also I was told that i am not illegible to get the loyalty points because i booked through Expedia. It didn't make any sense as you got the business from me. Next time I will choose another hotel.
