Sonder The O'Connor Apartment was lovely. I didn't expect much prior to my arrival. I was however, blown away by the uniqueness of the place. Access was seamless, the game room was a cool spot and the surrounding area offers great choices for different meals and walk around. The room ambience was crafted for good sleeping conditions. Overall, it was a lovely choice and excellent stay.

Place was comfy and easy to access. Would have been nice to have some water bottles, and the carpet was a little dirty. Also, never found the card they said was in the room with the wifi details.

The room was clean. Some cleaning supplies were missing but nothing major. Staff were friendly. Security code to enter the property added to the safety. We booked the property from September 26 to September 30 but were told that the property will shot down on the 29th so we had nowhere to be from the 29to 30. There was one staff member that went above and beyond to help us out and booked the night from 29 to 30 at another location. Her name is Shriya Batachandran - despite her being laid off from work she still did her job very well. We were really appreciative of her help.
